When I was looking to start a newsletter for my affiliates, I believe that I was in the same position as you are currently. I wanted to know what to write about, so I picked my brain and tried to come up with something.

After spending many days scratching my own head, I asked my upline what their thoughts were regarding the subject. I wanted to know if they knew what the "right" thing to write about, was. Then, not receiving the answers that I think I was looking for, I went to my A2A's. Then I got the answer...

I was told that I was going about it all wrong. You don't decide what to tell others; you find out what others need to hear, then you style your remarks around their needs. There is no way for us to know what your affiliates need, but you CAN find out. Send them a note, create a poll asking about some of their weak areas, strengths, some of their fears, some of their highlights. Ask them about their successes and also find out about their desired future. Once you get this... you'll have your answer.

I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates which topics

with my team of affiliates. I will first welcome them to my team and
also tell them that we are proud of them and pleased that they joined

-Goal Setting: I will tell them, that it is a good idea to set their
goals. And the goals should be steadily read.

-Create a plan of Action: I will advice the affiliates to create a
plan to reach their Goals! And these plan are to be followed and work
toward.

-Simple step to creating a full time income: Focus always on the 3

-Focus on the latest news and tips in SFI.

-Rule of success: knowledge is power, they say. They have to read the

rule of thumb to help guide you with your Business.

-Advertisement: I will advice my affiliates to engage themselves in
continuous and extensive advertising because that is the key.
At least, they should create new catchy phrases and promotions to
bring attention to the name, nature and product of their business.


-Selling/Buying: They should focus on TripleClicks. Get familiar with
TripleClicks. They can open up their own store,play in the Auctions,
check out the products in the products dialog box of TripleClicks.
Above all, refer companies that sell products to your ECA Gateway. For

The affiliate newsletter is a good means of communication and one the ways for affiliates to receive updated information. These are the topics I would focus on:
1. I would emphasize the importance of duplication to my team members because levels are created through duplication and business is built up with duplication. Basics like Welcome Letters, methods of sponsoring etc will be included.
2. Advertising is another topic I will focus on. I will include areas where classified ads can be placed, use of flyiers, websites, blogs, banners etc.
3. Recognition is another topic. I will give recognition in the newsletters to team members who have performed well and who made progress in the ranks, won prizes, auctions etc.
4. I would include latest updated from SFI news in the newsletter and elaborating more on how it affects or benefits my team members.
5. I would include interesting topics from forum threads which help to build my team member’s SFI business.
6. I would include “A Frequently Asked Questions” section in the newsletter to clear any doubts.

You should focus on few things at once.

First of all you need to show your affiliates how to do SFI business.
Explain them all starting actions that they should do when they join.
Also you should focus on ECA program that SFI has for new affiliates.
Tell them to open their ECA and start their business online.
Guide them through application process and all they need to open their store.
Tell them about other income streams that SFI has.
Explain duplication to your downline members and why they should do the same.
Tell them why Standing Order is so important for their SFI business.

The best thing is to keep some key principles in mind. Motivage, encourage and inspire. Whatever you write in your news letter remember these 3 main points. As people we are not naturally self motivated so we need someone who has learned this to help us along the way. A leader has this ability and needs to project what they have learned.

Whatever you write needs to be motivated by these 3 key principles. Many times it's not about the topic or words you use, it's more about how you project yourself and what you project onto others. Even if people cannot describe what you are doing, they will recognize it as something of value and it will inspire them to do more.

Successful people understand these things, leaders do them naturally and people will follow your lead when you make these a part of you. Be the person who has these attributes and can project them onto other people and you will hold within you one of the greatest keys to success!

A newsletter for the team of affiliates is a good idea. Before considering the topics that includes in these newsletters, one must analyse the level of their PSA's and CSA's. If they are all EA's and above you can send the same newsletter to all of them. In most cases this is not so. Team building is a continued process. So always there's newcomers, inactive affiliates, somewhat active ones, very active ones, EA's and Team Leaders.

The purpose of a newsletter for a team of affiliates is to inform some important announcements. To educate and uplift a team with different level through a newsletter is a difficult task. So the newsletter should be limited for communicating special announcements, about time sensitive notifications, competitions you conduct for your affiliates, congratulating your downlines who achieve something, about co-ops, etc.

A team mail or personal mail is better for guiding affiliates. Because each ones requirements and levels are different. A team mail should be limited for common announcements that should interest/affect all members of your team. Otherwise you distract them by spamming their inbox.

First you should tell them to pay atention at some tasks

Fast Track badge and 200 VP's bonus, and help them do them.

Then you should point them to LAUNCHPAD lessons, SFI BASICS,
and, after they have read them, at SFI RULES OF SUCCESS.

Of course, you should leave impression that they can always
contact you for assistance, and that you will be there for them.

You should only show them the way, but they must go through it alone.
Not because it would be hard for you, but becouse that way, they would

Consider what topics are most important to you. Then find out what topics are most important to your team. Mix your topics with theirs and you will have a newsletter.

For example, if you find it important for your team to build their own team, you should focus on this. But if your affiliates primarily want to generate sales, you will want to make this the main topic of your newsletter. After you address their interests, add in a little about your interest. Everything here is connected, so it shouldn't be too difficult to put them together.

If you just send out your interests, you might find that you don't get much response. But if you mention their interest first, you will attract their attention and might have better results. Just remember that you are writing for the reader, and not to for yourself.
