There are several ways to motivate your team but here are a few tips I have been using.
First of communicate with them as often as you can without harassing them. You want to build a friendship with your team if you can. This will allow you to get to know each individual on your team and how best to help them.
Also on your leadership page there is a section to create your own contests. You can offer rewards such as T-credits, gift certificates and affiliate reassignments. These will not only get them motivated, but also help you to nudge them in the right direction as far as what they should be working on.
Lastly I recommend making yourself known around the site. Answer questions on the forum and the ask SC page. Send out stream posts on a regular basis. This way as your team searches the site they will see your picture all over and know that you are an active member of SFI and probably have something to say that is worth listening to.
One last tip would be to remember that not everyone is going to be active. Don't give up on the people who are not doing much but make sure you concentrate your efforts on the people who are already showing promise. Pushing people who have no drive will only bring you down. Let your team do things on their own time. You can offer them motivation, but trying to put drive in someone who has none will only serve to drive you crazy in the end.

1) Be honest with your affiliates. They have to pedal their own bike to succeed in this business.You are not riding a tandem bike where you do all the work and he coasts. We can guide and encourage, but they have to do the work.
2) Share personal experiences, ups and downs. Become a real person to them. Let them know that you also went through some of what they are going through. That they are not alone in this.
3) Turn the negatives into valuable lessons.
All businesses face setbacks, hardships, and, frustrations. Each one that is overcome, teaches a little about business life.
4)Give incentives. Offer rewards and contests. Remind them how they will be rewarded if they do the next step. Use the compensation plan to order your thoughts here.
5)Help them understand the different money streams offered and the way they work, the requirements, and the the solutions to what might be holding them from achieving success in each stream.

1. Initially offer them some gifts. Like TCredits, $10 Gift Voucher, PSA Assignments etc.
2. Communicate with them using Skype to guide them by audio and video. It will attract and motivate them.
3. Provide them easy step by step support to understand SFI system and move forward smoothly.
4. Always be available and be happy to assist them by giving them ur contacts. Like Mobile Phone to SMS you any time they need you.
Humans love and adore praises, thus the best way to get the best of your affiliates is to praise and encourage them regularly. You can also help them by assisting them, when need be, and possibly revealing your tips to success to them, remembering that their success is your greatness.
First off tell them why you did it, then ask them why they join, then tell them that they need to come to SFI everyday to do there daily task it only takes 10 min's every morning so they learn more andmore about SFI and always send out your weekly email and thanking all the New People in joining SFI and they made the right choice in joining SFI. Then tell them they really need to do all there task they all add up VP.

I know that some affiliates are inactive because they don't get the big picture. You must help them see the big picture. Once these affiliates get started they will be committed for life! Don't waste time trying to revive a "dead horse!" Gage who your workers are and help them. When affiliates don't even ask questions/log in they have little interest in SFI/TripleClicks.

When I first signed up I was sceptical as to whether this was a money scam. But by both my sponsor and my co-sponsor keeping in touch with me I could see that this was for real.

And being helpful can mean more than just giving suggestions. There are special occasions that I've actually done some free advertising for them to help them get their first taste of getting affiliates. Then they are eager to do their own. All they needed was a taste of the reward.
