whatever you send them they are not just gonna read it.
Whatever you tell them, they just don't listen to.
Whatever you show them, they just don't take a look it.
You don't focus on those people, but don't ignore them either,
Treat them like the rest of team, talk to them like the rest of your members.
Provides them what they need even if they don't take it.
Answer them what they question you or ask you about..
This is a frustrating and very good question.
We will keep asking this question for eternity, but the answer always be the same, some will do and other will not. Some will start now and other will take some time to get going.
All we have to do is keep encouraging them ever so often.
Be there for them, send them tips every week.
We can even relocate affiliates to them too.

I think you must try at least three months to learn your affiliates. After that, if they start to work, if they understand what is SFI and how they need to work, then continue to find other people. If they after 3 months, didn't start to realize at least 1500 VPs, just give up from them and don't loose more energy. They don't deserve more time, 3 months is enough time for someone who understand, someone who want to work, someone who really want to earn money. Continue with your activities and look for other people who wants to work this business.

There is an old saying which says "You can take a horse to the water but you can`t make it drink" However when the horse gets thirsty enough, it will come running at a gallop for the water! All you can do is keep on encouraging them and hoping that they will actually grasp what is on offer. Unfortunately, most people are just too lazy to help themselves and live in the false bubble of "everything will be ok" For some it will be too late by the time they wake up and realize they don`t have enough income to survive. Hopefully the affiliates that you keep on encouraging will eventually see that this business will benefit them and they will get going with it sooner rather than later and become successful in it like so many others have already.
The big thing to always remember is that you have a golden opportunity within this business and if your affiliates don`t do anything with it then they are the big losers at the end of the day, not you.

Very good question.
The key to remember is that this business is mainly about people and networking. So we just need to continue to encourage the persons that we have in our team. The more we do the more likely we will have them to come on broad and start doing something for themselves.
We also just have to lead by example, and that in itself can motivate them to get started properly.

You have goal to be successful in this business and naturally you want that for everybody in your downline. Send them weakly e-mails and remind them that money doesn't grow on trees. That they can earn money only if they stay focused. Everything can be learned and that is not shame to seek help.
And offer them your assistance in everything they need.

an affiliate who do not or who does nothing despite numerous attempts work is not a loss in itself. SFI gives us the chance to keep the affiliate because it's always a PSA or potential CSA.

First and foremost it all depends on one's level of interest, level of motivation and the intensity of achieving their life's goals. The above factors contribute toward success of any business. For any business to function and run successfully a person needs to have the above qualities. THESE ARE THE QUALITIES OF AN ENTREPRENEUR & AN ENTREPRENEUR IS A LEADER.
