We will keep asking this question for eternity, but the answer always be the same, some will do and other will not. Some will start now and other will take some time to get going.
All we have to do is keep encouraging them ever so often.

We can even relocate affiliates to them too.

We have to lead by example and first become a Tripleclicks WAVE3 member first before we could tell anyone about join it. We can then tell them how it has benefit your business.

a. Tripleclicks is a online store created by SFI in which we have shares in. So whenever we refer customers to the store or team members ( PSA & CSA ) shop from the store we get a percentage of the profit on the products and services that were sold.
The more people we refer the more money we get.
b. While TCredits are our currency for the store, that you can use to shop from the store or participate in auction called Pricebenders. Normally get a lot of bargains on Pricebenders.

Hi Boza, good question, I think both paid PSA and those derived from your personal circles are important.
Firstly it is not about you learning to sponsor yourself, but just about sharing SFI with friends and family, the more confident you get about your business, the more success you will get sponsoring your friends and family.
Also paying for PSA is important.
The objective is to find those 5-10 PSA who will come along with you in building their business and duplicating what you have done, eventually you will get a big business.
Also you can do free advertising to get your PSA too.

The best way to achieve team leader every month is to set up a standing order for 1500 VP.
Also to do your daily, weekly and monthly to do list.
Help at least 4 persons to EA2 status and above.
