Well my fellow Affiliate I will not tell you to quit or stop communicating with rather I encourage you to continue doing the good work and believing that one day one or more is going to respond to your clarion calls.
No matter how good you are at convincing people, you are going to encounter and undergo these kinds of people’s personalities:
1. Driver Personality (People that want quick money)
2. Wait and see personality
3. People that want simply fun
4. Inexperience people and quiet type
5. Jobless individuals
6. Serious personality
Now let us take them briefly.
In the case of Drivers, they want fast result and they don’t participate in things that will be wasting their time without immediate result and you know that this site is all about building and achieve a lot at the end. So if you have such people on your list; people that sign up that day and spent at most one hour and never log on again. For such individuals, what you need to do while sending them weekly messages is to talk about results and not benefits, don’t try to be social and don’t keep them waiting. Remember that this kind of personality is very difficult because they are never be pleased. But remember that when you managed to lure him to continue he turn to your best team ever. Due to what this kind of most difficult character will turn out to be if you get his interest that is why you don’t need to quit sending them message. Remember that this king of people can be convinced through incentives but you really need a lot to win them over.
The second personality above is wait and see individuals: They are type of people that don’t want to make decision. They will continue receiving your messages and continuing reading the messages you are sending to them but they will never take a decision to log on and try all you have been telling him. You may work with them for years and they may even for some point reply you but to decide to do what you ask them become difficult because they are never a serious personality. Such people need more actions, more opinions and strategies. Remember if you continue giving this kind of person money as an incentive; he will continue grabbing it and yet not enroll actively.
The third personality above is People that want simply fun: These kinds of people are favourable at the beginning but later they will back down. This kind of people always take things as fun or looking for fun things and when they sign up and see a lot of things that are involved in SFI; things like getting badges with this it sounds like competition, so they jump in and try to get the badges and at a spot they get tired or see another site that gives them more fun than the previous one (SFI), they go straight and sign up and forget the one they in before. Such people you can never or very difficult to call them back. To call this kind of people back; SFI managers need to bring in more things that will attract such people to come back. So here sending such people message you need to sound like this: Hay friend, have you tried this new feature that SFI just added to the site. You will see him jumping back to see whether it Is fun and when he found it fun enough he will continue again.
The fourth personality above is inexperience and quiet type. This type of people would have love to enroll actively but the fact that they don’t know how and the more they read the more they are confused and at a point they get tired and have a complete face off. The funniest part about this group of individual(s) is that they will never ask you question because of their ego or because of the fact that they are shy individuals. This group don’t feel comfortable asking questions or sharing their opinions. You know that it is very difficult to help or convince someone who never ask question or want to know. Because they say, ‘who no know and does not want to know, will never know’. Such people will never return your mails. But my advice is that you loose nothing in continuing sending them weekly message and believing that one day they will return your emails. You know that, its only hope that energizes us. So keep on hoping and it shall be well.
The fifth personality is jobless people. Here these individuals wants to enroll actively but they can’t since they don’t have money to set their Standing Order or purchase what will make them qualify as an Executive Affiliate. Such people signed up because they might have read the fact that state – you don’t to spend to qualify as an EA and when they signed up they now hear different thing thing that you need to purchase or recruit to qualify every month and such person has click or group who also jobless. Due these reasons, he becomes tired of everything and quit. Such people they can only be active if you can sponsor their SO every month and If you can’t you are wasting you time. But you need to continue sending him or her a message because you can never tell that he might get a job tomorrow and decide to pop in again and do them himself.
The sixth personality is serious individuals: you don’t need to be told as the name sounds – serious minded people. When you get this kind of people that will be serious like you, they don’t need your message to start acting. If care is not taking, they might even be the one that will be sending you messages of encouragement.
In conclusion, remember that you are the fault here but the kind of personality you get as your CSA or PSA. But my general advice is that you should try in as much as you can to know your product knowledge (i.e. Knowledge on what SFI offers). With this knowledge you have confident and how to communicate with people under you.
Try in your messages to include question like, ‘where exactly do you have difficulty so that I can help you out’? what exactly do you want me to do for you? Is there anything you don’t understand in this site, if there is tell me for me to help out?
Try to be friendly in all your messages. Do not be rude just because they have not been responding to your messages.
Be honest in all what you are telling them. Do not tell them what you cannot do or offer because if you do, you will end up loosing them again but this time forever when they found out that you can’t keep the promises made to them.
Strengthen you communication skills by having a thorough understanding SFI and using different techniques and methods presenting it to your downlines. Stronger communicating skills will allow you to win them over. If some of them are close by you can travel to identify with them and meet some of them face to face and by that you may be able to get them active again.
Finally, you know that what many people need is what they want. Many people need good food for good health but they ended up in wanting junk foods like eating fast foods. They do that not that they want to but the fact that they want quick things; they want less money-wise things and so on. So is to the people you are sending message, they need SFI for second income and for future investment but they want different site where they think that they can get quick cash so keep on surfing internet for other sites in which they continue to be disappointed.
