This has been an ongoing problem which we all must try to deal with as best as we can.
What to do with affiliates who are not only inactive but would not communicate and not even acknowledge any messages of offer of help, encouragement and support?

There’s really nothing much we can do except to continue to try our best to reach out to them.

Keep sending them group messages week after week, sharing information, the latest news and new development in the business.

Keep

I have heard so many comments pertaining to this question that two different thoughts stick out:

1.) Don't give up on anyone..you never know what you might say to someone a month from now that might encourage them. Or maybe their situation is such that they don't know much about online marketing and getting their feet wet. Everyone has a different situation and story; do your best not to judge or criticize your downline. The only thing you can do it keep the flow of communication open

My suggestion would be to concentrate on your “Movers”, but don’t leave your inactive affiliates out of the loop. Communicate with them, if not as frequently as your “workers”, then sufficiently that they know you are interested in their ultimate success.

Life happens. I joined SFI about 6 years ago when I was new to internet marketing, and totally ignorant of its potential, and floundered miserably at the assigned tasks. About two months later, I found myself dealing with

Hi.
This was my question as well when I started this job in SFI. People used to register every day and I sent greeting messages to all and mails with instructions what to do in the very start. I found a video explaining the first steps so all they had to do was to follow it. I also recommended them to stay in touch and ask whatever they might need in their future job.

I also offered them to contact me on Facebook as we have a special support group there but some people were nor interested

The answer is not to focus on why you feel frustrated because you are not getting a response but to focus on what you can do and show your group. Remember this is a business and not everyone will respond. Here are some things you can try.

1. Show them. First and foremost do the best you can at all times and set a positive example of what can be achieved in SFI. Your success sets the example and shows your group they can do it too. Don't be surprised if your group looks you up and checks

An affiliate who never does anything is not interested at the time. This does not mean that they will not become interested later. I was inactive for sometime. Life happens outside of SFI. I never forgot about my goals or dreams. I simply placed them on hold. When the timing was right, I became active. Now I am a TL. Ask this question to my sponsor 3 years ago and he would tell you I was not going to produce. But he would have been wrong!

So are you when you presume that just because

If I have affiliates that signed up and do nothing, I will not ignore them but rather continue to send messages of encouragement, because I don’t really know the reason behind, why affiliates are not doing anything. Why in the first place, they signed up? Every individual differs; I just can’t generalize what the motivation behind the inactivity.

I can just share my experience with SFI. I joined back in 2002 and it was very difficult to even sponsor an affiliate. Back in my mind,

Attention to all frustrated affiliates.

DO NOT GIVE UP!!

I say this because it was NOT my intention to ignore or even was it a disinterest that caused my delay in signing up nor become INACTIVE with SFI

I did not become active with SFI because simply I didn't really know what I was signing up to, I may have looked and did not find interest at first. It was over a month before I even took action and I regret that I did not qualify for E365 and FAST TRACK :(

All you need to do is continue to encourage and offer support to those affiliates who never do anything. You just have to keep an open mind and tell yourself that some of them might just get active after reading all your messages. Also remind yourself that there may be a great deal of reasons why these affiliates are inactive. They may not fully understand how to work the program, it may not be the right time as yet. Some may have health issues and some may not have the time or the money to devote

Hie Everyone, i'm grateful for this question.

I am just going to be very short is its a question that causes no confusion at all.

ANSWER
Affiliates who never do anything are some of the things that can discourage you but don't bother much about them, just continue doing your job. One day you will be surprised to see them back and working more than anyone else.

For example, i once had this other affiliate, at first he was so determined but only for 2 weeks, he
