For the ones who haven't done anything at all, consider this: all successful companies and businesses have recruiting tools for customers, clients, contractors, vendors, and partners. The fantastic part about SFI is that your team is all of the above, except an employee.
Step one is creating a lead. All CSAs and PSAs, unless personally spoken with before they signed up, are nothing more than leads that must be nurtured.
Step two is advertising to your leads: just like coupons, incentives create loyal business partners. This is not a derogatory statement. Some of my best friends have started out as business leads.
Most of my SFI relationship nurturing starts with advertising.
The spark of interest has gone off by them signing up, so make sure the kindle is ready to start a blazing fire when they are assigned to you.
