What can WE do to make SFI more attractive to new affiliates (without relying on SFI management)?

I would say to anyone reading this question an thinking about it:
Bring your own beautiful,positive character to SFI.
That will bring an uniqueness to SFI that management can not do (that's not saying anything about their character)
Remember people follow people,and some will prefer to follow you above anyone else!
So just being you can make SFI more attractive to new affiliates!
What are the best ways by which one can measure his/her success in SFI?

Measuring your success is done by looking at results.
Having lots of badges means you are well on your way,and taking positive actions towards success.
Having a team of affiliates that are active and getting results is also a very good sign.
Having PRM that are buying a lot means you are having success promoting TripleClicks.
Seeing your rank go up is also a good indicator of success.
Being able to fire your boss and make a good income from SFI that is to most the moment they know they have made it a success.

How do you ensure that the TCards you send out are used...and what do you do when they are not?

Send a follow-up letter to remind people they have a TC gift card and explain how they can use it.If you know them you can send them a couple of links to items you know they will like.
If you don't know them,you could make a small selection of items so that they will get interested to have a look at what else is available.Tell them there are almost 100.000 products on TripleClicks.
If they still don't use them,there is not much one can do,we can't force anyone.
What is the best way to predict the final price in the Pick The Price game?

You can make a study of the price history.
Check out the prices of previous auctions and pay attention to the date,was it a weekday or weekend?
Also check what time of day it was.
Then compare when prices where high or low.
It takes a little time,but there is a pattern most of the time

Have you had a good experience with an advertising method;share it with your team so they can do the same.
Have you read something interresting ,share it!
A team works better when you work together and sharing is an important part of that
Share what works for you and what doesn't.
I believe sharing is an essential part of true team spirit.

At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

To find the best countries to advertise take a look at the growth tab and check out where new affiliates come from,i believe it's a good indicator where people are looking to earn online.
Also the new people on A2A there always seem to be a trend of certain countries or areas where a lot of new affiliates come from,to me it means that many are actively looking.
Check it out for a while i am sure you will see certain countries or areas stick out.
It's also easier to concentrate on countries where English or your first language is the first or second language,makes communicating that little easier.

Good question,as spamming is negative for yourself but it also hurts SFI.
Be active in those forums yourself,make sure your name is known to to others in the forum,offer some advice,comment on subjects,make a compliment, good chance people will ask themselves what you do.
If not ask people personally if they would be interrested in what you do,always ask before you share a link and wait for their reply,if the answer is "no",think of it as a "not now". Keep being active in the forum and they might come back to you later with a yes !

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Some people need time,bad experiences in the past,personal cicumstances may hold them back now. But keeping in touch just may make them trust you.That could be what they need to spring into action.

Why not both?
Use a different approach for both but defenetly both!
With strangers you have to get their interest from the very beginning to make sure they react to your further messages or they visit your website.
With family and friends you can see how they react,if they react positively you can help them learn more.If they respond negatively its better to leave it and maybe later just mention it in a conversation,when they see you are still active and you like what you are doing and hopefully you are having good success they might become curious and ask about themselves
Don't go on and on about it, you don't want your friends and family avoiding you for this

I guess that depends on every single person in your team.
Some need a lot of communication and others don't!
I prefer to contact my entire team once a week,making sure they know they can contact me with whatever question they have.Even if i don't know the answer,i respond as quickly as i can letting them know i am looking for an answer.
