Because many people do not pay attention to the day's schedule, so keep pointless things they ask, after a lengthy narrative lot of things to understand and as they do, it is very important to help the team, because everyone Font for help and no one unaided can not move, they are meaningless issues but it can be effectively addressed by the sponsor

Apart from all that is already said in various replies here, It also depends on the state of the mind on the other end, If a person is frustrated, overwhelmed or too tensed even a simple one line of suggestion can be irritating and disturbing, but if a person is doing good in life and business, and is in high spirits, even a hefty novel is not enough.

It’s also about the timing and sometimes just a nod is enough to set the pebbles rolling and at times even the best of the hits can’t

I think there are some things that are not important in communicating that you should be aware of :

1. Avoiding difficult conversations, The only thing worse than having a difficult
conversation, is not having one. By attempting to avoid saying what needs to be said,
you will quickly grow a small situation into a big one. Nobody likes to find out
after the fact, that there was a concern about something they already worked on.

2. Assuming your message

Thank you for that wonderful question,

In my opinion, unnecessary communication is sending any communication that does not add value to the team. SFI provides guidelines and examples of what to communicate to team members. Follow the tips.

Another thing is that all Affiliates have a hard time already keeping sponsored affiliates active. What you do not want to make is the mistake of miscommunicating wit your team. This could cause team members to be turned off from their upline

Hello,

SFI is an amazing website. Too be honest, it's hard to know sometimes whether other SFI members consider you as being too much and too little. It's kind of like a weight balance.

The best way to stay in the balanced area, is to do your "Weekly emails" as well as 1 or 2 emails during the week. Maybe less than that. And then back off for a while and let the new members experiment on their own. Let them know that you are there for them at anytime they have a question

For me too much may also have to depend on certain factors. The problem with a down line is that they may not necessarily be the same class or joined the same time and so being in different needs at the same time when you are trying to communicate with them maybe as a group. For affiliates who have just joined and are inexperienced newbies, it may be necessary to frequent them as some maybe facing real hardships like failing to see where to get versa points, having too much information to absorb and

SFI unlike other home businesses is very resourceful and as a team leader one is expected to know this.

Any information will be too much if it is outside of the limits below:

Sticking to the theme 'How can I help you?' without any indication of selfishness. Just indicate you care and are available to help. Your e-mails should say this loudly and clearly.

Your 2-4 times monthly newsletter should also stick to the theme "I'm here to help you or "I'm working

When you first meet a person you don't follow them around asking questions . you start off an relationship slowly by just a few hellos and hi and asking if they need anything. But as their up-line you need to give them at least weekly information that will help them grow in the business. You will notice how people are . Many people are open and will want interaction more frequently and may need it. Just watch their reactions and how they interact with you. Don't push your self on them but also don't

I do not consider anything to be too much communication with my team because when we get new psa's they need a lot of communication to get them on their way with all of their questions.

The psa's you have already still need guidance on what to do next. The new csa's are needing more information about SFI and what to do.

The csa's that you already have some still need the guidance and the ones that do not just need to know that you are still there if they need help.

When communicating with people is important to maintain the "business" relationship. We should not be too much to go into their problems, especially personal ones. This may prevent subsequent cooperation, which leads to their inactivity.
We should be aware that new people do not know the SFI system enough. Therefore, we must be careful not to talk about the details. Highlight the essential elements of the business, such as daily activity, Lessons on Dashboard, Collecting VersaPoints,
