I have found, the best way to open communication with my a2a friends is by looking through the 'Daily Grand' winners, and if any of them have had a win, I simply send them a short, meaningful 'Congratulations'.
Once rapport is built up, simply ask the question you would like help with.
As the saying goes.... 'Ask, and you shall receive, knock, and the door will be opened to you.'
Your question says HOW, and this is HOW;
You check each of your friend's profile, there you see their badges, what they've been able to achieve, you then ASK QUESTIONS!, when you ask then they will be able to know your problems and offer assistance and give you the positive support you need.
Don't be pushy or too demanding, but, as a matter of fact I'll advice you be a regular visitor at the forum, check the board index for topics on which you needed help and you'll be amazed at the treasures waiting for you there in the form of answers to questions bugging your mind.
Hope this answers your HOW question.

The best way to get positive support and assistance is contact SFI Support.
Also your sponsor or co-sponsor who will be happy to provide more than the support you need.
a2a friends are basically not for support. But still if you think you can gather important information from a2a friends then you can message your a2a friend and if he/she is willing to help you then they will reply you as soon as they get your message.
Sometimes a2a friends can ask for help and support. Then you should do whatever it takes to help them.
Remember, we all are trying to reach the same place and achieve the same goal.

The one thing I love the most about SFI is that everyone is offering their help. Since the day I joined I met so many great people. That is great. And so easy. A2a is just like facebook or twitter where you can meet people your age, from your country or any other country in the world and the greatest thing of all it is so available. Every time you come to your home page you can go to a2a and talk to someone. People will offer their help if they know you need help, so the main thing is to ask and there will always be someone who will answer.

I cannot understand your reason for asking this question.
SFI has its own support center. If you need help, send them a ticket with your request on it.
I have lots of A2A members and I am sure if I ask them a question they would do their best to offer the answer or where to find the answer.
If one of my A2A members asked me a question , I would do the same.
Having said all the above, SFI is very much based on Teamwork and I am sure any member of SFI will give you help if you need it even if they are not on your A2A list, every SFI affiliate wishes success to all the other Affiliates.
I am sure in SFI there is no negative support, only positive, we all wish to be successful and wish all our SFI teams to be successful.
Good luck, always think positive.......... take care
The easiest to find out is to send them a message with a question or just to start a conversation.
However, your question made me think. This is a question that I've been battling with. I came to a conclusion and is currently busy with it. I want to include a forum or member's area where all a2a friends can meet and exchange thoughts, queries, challenges and achievements with one another.
In the end we need to support one another. This may be a good thing helping newbies desperately looking for assistance.
These friends become your friends, your customers and you become theirs.

Those in the ranks of STL, BTL and EA2 should share their experience in their journey in SFI business, i.e how did they achieve the respective rank and what support and assistance they got from their sponsors. Not every one has the same experience or going through the same route. Sharing our experience will help to avoid unforeseen problems and be prepared for greater things to come.Be honest and sincere and straight to the facts.
Good question, share your success in this site as an additional encouragement
for them to proceed. Be polite, take time to talk with them answer questions
and most importantly be confident. They can give you a good Idea for have more
success. Offer your A2A friends and help that you are able to provide. It's a
mutual exchange of help and SFI experience.
My way of getting my A2A friends to give me positive support, would be to ask of one of them the same question I would have for my sponsor if I had one. I have answered one friend who asked me to explain to him the way around the clicking of Versa Points. My answer to him was that if he had a sponsor, that would be a question for him or her or a Co-sponsor, but as a friend I advised him as to what my answer would be to my PSA.I didn't get a thank you but I feel I answered him in the best way I knew. He got his answer and possibly it caused him not to by-pass his sponsor the next time. I once had a A2A friend ask for my advice on a thought he had about members in Countries other than the Americas who would say that they can't be the same because they are not of the same country and his answer would be; With SFI everyone is a member of a worldwide family, because SFI is dealing with countries all over the world and I thought it sounded good,so I offered to put it in my Stream ,giving him the credit for it.
Another time I received an invitation to join other friends in a sort of round table group they had. I did and I discovered things that I needed to know from more experienced friends.I spoke about it in my Stream and my Co-sponsor woke up to the fact that I needed help and she gave me good advice. So these are ways that are used effectively.
