I would recommend looking at ECAs that are in your country , try to reduce any shipping costs, taxes etc , any hidden costs and delays.
Its difficult to say what products to sell but if your are dealing with local ECAs or ECAs within your country it narrows down your product range but will also give you the greater probability of making sales and customers being happy with their products and receiving those products in a suitable time.
Think of the " What happens if " , this means how would you be as a customer, what will your customer experience be like when purchasing a product and whats happens if, theres a delay, product lost , broken, wrong order etc.
Much easier to try and eliminate the possibilities of errors and keeping a customer happy who will buy from you again. Much easier to deal with if products on within your own country.
Good Luck decide sooner than later, Americans will tell you , time is money.

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

If your Sponsor is non-responsive move on to your upline try your co Sponsor.
Do You really need to contact your Sponsor ?. You are in SFI to run your own business , your way, any information you need is freely available, sometimes an Affiliate will learn and know as much as their Sponsor in a very short time.
With lots of reading and learning by sometimes trial and error, you wont need to contact your Sponsor,......... Good Luck with your business........
How can we get across to our affiliates that investing minor (at least) amounts of money into SFI is smart?

All investments have some sort of Risk. Some new Affiliates will have the fear of losing their investment and will be reluctant to invest, even if only small amount of money each month.
An Affiliate needs to have explained to him/her the need for investing even if only to maintain the EA status, which is the doorway to income.
The Badges are a good indication of the successful EA s and I focus on the badge which clearly shows TC Member 1500VP SO.
Using A2A memebers as an example, I merely refer the new Affiliate to check out the badges on some of the longer term EA s , most of these checked out will have a SO for 1500 VPs.
Evidence provided to the new Affiliate, then they have to decide about investment.
If they are smart.... they will sign up for SO at least....
Good luck with business..........

Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?

You will have had many answers to your question and this may be a repetition, but the One thing that makes the difference to my success in my SFI business is Persistence., If you think you are going to fail ....you will, so be positive dont give up , treat the business with the effort it deserves, it will repay you in the long term, see small fails as being the learning curve that will lead you to success..
How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

I cannot understand your reason for asking this question.
SFI has its own support center. If you need help, send them a ticket with your request on it.
I have lots of A2A members and I am sure if I ask them a question they would do their best to offer the answer or where to find the answer.
If one of my A2A members asked me a question , I would do the same.
Having said all the above, SFI is very much based on Teamwork and I am sure any member of SFI will give you help if you need it even if they are not on your A2A list, every SFI affiliate wishes success to all the other Affiliates.
I am sure in SFI there is no negative support, only positive, we all wish to be successful and wish all our SFI teams to be successful.
Good luck, always think positive.......... take care

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

You will learn the signs that show the possible makings of a good SFI Affiliate.
I say possible because with this type of business there is no guarantee that your Affiliate will stay with SFI.
Signs I look for are ;
Affiliate logging on every day and doing the necessary Todo lists etc.
Affiliate learning all the launchpad material and also seeking more knowledge from what is available from SFI and Internet Income training etc.
Check out the Affiliates Profile , is it all complete.
Is the Affiliate doing what you are doing. ( you need duplication, Affiliate needs to copy what you do)
Is the Affiliate making any financial contribution, ie Standing Order to get and maintain EA status.
Out of the above my favorite would be the Affiliate who makes a financial commitment to his business.
Good luck

What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

Ask them how many people they know.
Give them a pen and paper and then ask them to write down names of people they know,if they refuse or give excuse, look at the Rules of success, that means move on to someone else.
If they are ok with writing names down they will usually put family first.
Make suggestions when they are writing, like what are your hobbies? Who do you meet ?
Are you a member of any clubs ?, Who do you know in the clubs that you go to?
You will be surprised at how many people s names can be listed as long as you are suggesting places to look and the right situations.
Most people can name at least 50 without really trying.
This type of questions prompts me to say, dont waste time on time wasters.
Good luck

What's the best way to get new affiliates signed up without having to answer a lot of questions first?

People like successful people.
When you are successful you will be asked by possible future affiliates your ways of being a success.
When someone asks, they are interested and more probable to listen and sign up.
You do not need to force the issue, there are millions of people out there, you only need 5 to 10 good affiliates.
Success never comes cheap, in this case its the hard work You put in to becoming successful yourself that will create the need for you to be followed by others.

Which is more effective--paid or free advertising--and why?
Richard Leek, Aff (Australia)

All advertising is good for any business.
Free or paid for , some will get results.
Sometimes in business you need to take some risk, so when you pay for advertising the risk is possible waste of money , however it could be the most successful for you.
Your question tends to make me want to say, try both and see what happens.

How would it benefit me to transfer TCredits to my PSAs or CSAs?

The main benefit of transferring T Credits;
Use the T Credits as an incentive to motivate Team members via competitions each month. It will create competitiveness throughout the Team.
Use also as a reward for completion of certain tasks that benefit the whole of the Tripleclicks business.
Good luck
