To get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you, you need to be an awesome sponsor to them. Not just a sponsor but a father and a friend. No affiliates would want to converse regularly with an inactive sponsor.

Try and connect with them through mediums that they can be reachable easily as in social sites like facebook, twitter, etc. Use this mediums to share successful tips and also tell them successful stories about the top leaders in SFI.

Unfortunately, most of the affiliates that you refer will not remain active in the program with most of them never even earning any VP's. So when you do get one that is a "worker" be sure to keep in contact with them and encourage them.

It's important to have your greeting set up so that as soon as they register it shows they have a message from you. Then, make sure to follow-up with them through chat or e-mail. You can always offer monthly contests for gift certificates,

This is my Principle in everything I do:
"People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care for them."

My Secret Tips in engaging and conversing regularly with my affiliates.
1. Always be available online.
2. Share your Dreams and Vision in the Team.
3. Give them sweet nothings like Inspirational and Positive thoughts.
4. Email reminders
5. Ask questions how they feel about the Team and about the Company.

Dear Leslie

This a challenge that most of us here at SFI face with our down line teams. While it takes time and is involving to achieve, it is possible.

This is How I am doing it!

1. Open Up Your Communication Lines/ USE GENEALOGY!

Yes! Communication with your team is fundamentally important. You should be open to whatever questions they are putting forward and be available to answer them. Use your Genealogy to see how they perform and ask to help those

You probably will not be able to get all your affiliates to converse with you. Some people join and then realize they aren't interested and these people aren't likely to want to have a conversation about something they have no interest in, but it doesn't hurt to keep trying.

Look at your Movers. These people are interested and are actively working at earning points.

These are the people who you want to talk with and you will have a much better chance of them wanting to engage

I think the best way to get conversation started is to offer specific help - that is, if your have been having success in a particular area ( Recruiting, TC sales, particular marketing medium)offer to share that information with anyone who asks for it. I have found that people who are struggling with a certain part will request the info.

For myself, I am here to create a life-changing income and a solid long-term business.
Many others are wanting the same thing. Those are the people

This is a difficult proposition.

Initially, I do send them a welcome letter, give them guidance as to how they can proceed and progress at SFI. I also ask them to respond by just acknowledging the receipt of my message. Most do not respond at all.

My weekly messages receive no response at all. At least, this is my experience so far.

I can do my best to engage my affiliates in order to encourage them to communicate with me on a regular basis. But it is like attempting

I try to communicated with my Movers as much as possible.

I am always excited to see the yellow bubble.

That means they are online. I always try to talk to anyone of my team that is on line.

I have found that a lot of people are not receiving the help they need from their sponsor or have never heard from their sponsor. I personally am one of those people, so I try to communicate with anyone on my team that wants to talk or answer their questions, if possible.
