To get affiliates engaged and converse regularly, I would suggest the following;
1. Send a welcoming team mail for new affiliates introducing yourself while they are on line. The idea is to make them understand that SFI is a real internet business opportunity and that their sponsor is real. If the affiliate replies, then make the most of it and tell them about SFI and give the Getting started tips, which for me is the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD lessons. Tell them to contact you if they need

Engaging affiliate with you in conversion is very important for declining any option of quieting. As everybody knows here, It is never easy to build a strong team in SFI and start making money with no effort. I have some solutions for you, if you implement them properly

1. Be online almost every time you can in SFI (even if you are not near computer, just keep it log in). By this, even if your affiliate belongs to a different time zone, have a better probability to chat with you.

2.

Not everyone will be responsive to you, but that is okay. You make the effort from the beginning.

First, send your welcome message (making sure you include your photo). Keep communicating weekly (or more often). If anyone does respond, even just thanking you for your message, respond immediately, if possible. Answer any questions or comments you may receive. Of course, this means you have offered your assistance and requested feedback from them in your messages. Offer rewards for

I think you just need to do 3 things :

1. Be a role model, Most of the serious affiliates look up for true leaders that will
show them the way or give them inspiration on how to successfully do this business.
That means you should show it to them through your actions which is clearly
manifested by your badges.

2. Help them, You must always be willing to help your downline who ask for help. When
they need information or guidance you must

Being an upline member, first of all lead yourself by example.I personally believe if you present yourself practically what actions are being done from your side encourage and boost the efficiency of your downline.
1:Send Email/TeamMail to encourage your Team about actions are needed from their side.
2:Guide them and share experience which you have got as their TeamLeader.
3:Share tips to improve their daily actions.
4:Teach them to build their own team accordingly as you did,
5:Teach

If you want your affiliates to be engaged you must not act as a big boss. Because they are members of your team and you will not succeed in SFI business without them and their help. Try to become close to them.

I may say I am friend with my 1st generation of PSA. But I am available for them always. They can contact me on Facebook, Team Messages, SFI chat, Gtalk, Skype or any other way anytime. Take care of their VP, e365 contest and when ends their current round, calculate their VP at

I think the best way to keep you affiliates engaged and conversing regularly is to make sure that we communicate with them regularly.

It's no different than what we do in our everyday lives be it the workplace or home. What do we do to manage our children/wife/husband/team members in office?

1. Maintain communication rigor.

2. Keep the communication channel open. Voluntarily reach out and communicate.

3 Understand their needs and help in whatever way we

As soon as an affiliate has signs up, welcome them to 'THE TEAM'. Introduce yourself not only as their team leader, but also as their personal guide to success with SFI.

This will make them feel comfortable to ask you for assistance and guidance when ever they need it.

Build a relationship with them both within and outside SFI. For example; send them a friend request on facebook, LinkedIn, or some other social network, so you can get to know them as 'people' not just 'affiliates',

Not an easy task, to be sure.

I make good use of the Team Message icon in the Genealogy page and on the Movers Page.
I use it to respond to the following;

-Check your active affiliates progress every day, on the Movers Page. Take advantage of every opportunity to recognize their progress and achievements.
-Mention or complement a recent contribution in the Forum.
-Review their General Ledger, look for actions they may have overlooked or missed.
-Offer special

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
If you want people to engage and converse with you, then do it with them first.

Ask them how they're doing and if they need help. They may try to go it alone for a while, thinking that they don't need any help, or maybe they just don't want to bother
you, but if you keep sending them messages and reminding them that helping them helps you too, they may begin to send you e-mails. When they do, answer as soon as you possibly
