This is an simple question to address for those whom have capital to use in their business to bolster their SFI marketing and build their business.
Both free and paid advertising are great resources and you should capitalize on both methods if you can. However, if you want advertising that converts well and have the marketing capital to expend, paid advertising is the most effective resource at your disposal as it typically provides you the greatest benefit.
The flip side to this is you need to be well trained and educated in carrying out paid ad campaigns or paid advertising will literally put you out of business as it gets you into negative cash flow very fast. Then, it is not BEST but the opposite the worst.
If you can effectively carry out a paid advertising campaign properly, it will afford you the ability to access a very targeted demographic group of buyers or takers that are hungry for your product or service and that are already looking for what you are offering.
This is the the golden nugget. It's not how many people you target but the quality of the people in correlation to your product and their specific need that if done correctly convert to high sales. Basically, if you can hit a target market right on demographically and you promote your campaign to that market only, the higher the conversion will be or sales or signups of affiliates in the case of SFI.
Paid is referred to as paid because in order to find these high quality optimal lists, it will cost you money and the more targeted the more it costs.
In free advertising, you are working with probability and odds and more a numbers game. The idea is easy, hit as many medians as you can and just promote promote promote and eventually it will convert some sales. This is more time consuming but it does work if you have the time and know all the medians to advertise and is available to those with no budget.
The more targeted demographically your group the higher cost and the typically the highest conversions. This is why paid is the most optimal if you can afford the cost and the most effective.
