It benefits you because your success is tied directly to the success of your downline. As a sponsor you want to keep your affiliates active and motivated. When I have extra credits available I like to give some to PSA's/CSA's that become EA or Team Leader to reward them.

Also, if an affiliate is close to advancing in rank but is struggling, I will transfer some TCredits to help them out. They can always bid in auctions with them, gain MRP, and use the MRP to make a purchase and gain some extra VP's.

Everyone can use a little help every once in a while and everyone likes to be recognized for doing a good job. Helping your team helps you out in the long run as your downline will remain active and duplicate what you do.

If you wish to be an awesome sponsor, one of the things you have to do is to support your PSAs/CSAs to the best of your ability.

New affiliates need your support in the form of encouragement, advice and explanation of the various strategies they have to adopt in order to prosper in this business. While most of them may not even care to log in everyday, there could be some who continue to follow your advice and keep accumulating VP day after day. Out of these, a small percentage of affiliates might reach the EA status in the first few days and demonstrate their hunger to advance in the SFI ranks, but might not have the dough to invest and gain valuable VP.

In such cases, if you are of the opinion that the transferring of some TCredits may help them establish themselves in SFI and advance in their rank to EA2 or even BTL, you may offer the required help. In my case, my sponsor had thought of transferring as many as 100 TCredits to me so that I could get to the BTL level. Of course, it was not required, as I managed the whole thing on my own.

The bottomline in offering Tcredits to your down-line is that it is all in your interest if they advance, as your income is augmented in the process.

When you support your EAs/ BTLs /STLs and others in your downline, you will also gain VP, income, and reputation as an awesome sponsor.

Transferring Tcredits to your PSAs/CSAs is one way of establishing bond between you and your PSAs/CSAs in the following scenarios:

1.) Giving TC enables you to build TRUST in you by your PSAs/CSAs. It shows that you believe in their capabilities and enthusiasm in their SFI business pursuit, hence, giving them some incentives to instill trust.
2.) Giving TC also builds up your GOODWILL in your PSAs/CSAs. They have already trusted in you and whatever you advise them to do or say would be followed without resistance because of the GOODWILL you have created yourself in them.
3.) Giving TC to your PSAs/CSAs also beef up sales between and among yourselves and increase your individual POWER RANKS. Everyone will be benefited, including yourself as a benefactor. Thru increase in sales, profit-sharing in the Executive Pool will also be increased among affiliates.

Giving your Affiliate T-Credits is like giving someone a gift. If you are somebody that enjoys giving gifts you certainly are not alone. The reason why you give the gift is important. It can be to show your affiliate how important he/she is to you or it can be to commemorate an event, achievement or a celebration.

But you ask how would it benefit you. My up-line gives me gifts for every effort or progress I make. If I make progress every week I get T-Credits or Gift Certificate. Sometimes I get T-Credits just for keeping in touch. I enjoy the recognition very much. It gives me encouragement to do a bit more. I make the special effort to be patient and follow his directions because I want to make him proud and I recognize that he has my best interests. I ask him questions, I take his advise and I follow the things he does. Plus, I am pleased when he recognizes and rewards my efforts.

He would say that his benefit is not only seeing me motivated to do more but the joy in assisting in giving that motivation. Of course there would be tangible benefits too at the end of each month, when I attain my new level or add a new ECA, PSA or TripleClicks member!

TCREDITS are like golden nuggets. They benefit you greatly if used wisely with your downline. Remember, anything you can do to build a front line generation 1 of strong five affiliates will set you up for ultimate SFI success by the power of duplication in numbers.

The mere fact that transferring TCredits is a genealogy option should tell you greatly there is great value in transferring TCredits to not only your PSAs but also your important CSAs. Why are these important?

Simply because TCredits are for all intensive purposes cash on TripleClicks. Now ask you yourself how cash would benefit you if you give it to your PSAs and CSAs.

TCredits are used to bid on auctions
TCredits can be used to enter TripleClicks contests
TCredits can be used to build VP
TCredits can be used to list products

All of these benefits when carried out benefit you if they are your downline and the pool if in general.

Some of the advantages of transferring Tcredits are;

You could benefit in several ways when you transfer TCredits to your PSAs and CSAs.
You might also find that you lose more than you benefit if you aren't careful of how you do it.

1) When you announce a contest or a reward for doing something, you create an attitude of "gotta do it" in some of your team. This gives them a short term "why" for doing it and a short term momentum for getting it done. The desired action does get done by those who are motivated. You probably gain VP or a more secured affiliate from this.
2) You have the option of telling them the different ways they can use TCredits and have them understand the many uses of the TCredits and decide which they will use for that group of TCredits. That gives you the chance to have an affiliate who has a positive feeling about having made a decision.
3) Or you can leave them search it out and become more knowledgeable about TCredits. This gives you a chance to have them practice on finding answers by themselves. They may also find that they like the auctions and begin to buy TCredits on a regular basis or advertise the auctions ans sell TCredits themselves.

If these are truly rewarded to the affiliate, it should produce a sense of accomplishment in the affiliate and their attitude toward you should be one of being satisfied in your leadership.

But there may be a chance for you to think that you need to "help" an affiliate reach a goal by sending him enough TCredits to be able to reach his goal.

1) Some affiliates will be grateful and appreciative and will regard you as a great leader.
2) Others will see it as a lack of your confidence in their ability to be able to meet that goal, will lose confidence in themselves, and may even stop logging in.

It really depends on the circumstance of the member of your downline and the reason why you are transferring Tcredits to him/her. I will respond based on these categories:

1. Reward:
As a reward to a hard working member who achieved greater heights, encouraging him/her to do more and if certainly he/she does more, you will benefit from DC and VP match as a team leader. These DC and VP match will result from the actions he/she performs with the Tcredits.

2. Incentive:
When you transfer Tcredits as a means to incentivise an inactive member of your downline and that indeed works to make him/her active, you will receive an additional benefit to your residual income and you may succeeded to move him from his inactive state to the type of member described in 1 above.

3. Assistance:
When you transfer Tcredits to help your PSA or CSA to cross the finish line, you may benefit from his/her new status as the sponsor or co-sponsor. Helping them make EA2, BTL etc may bring some financial benefits, in the form of matching VP and Support VP. However, this is not a very good way to build a team because you cannot continue to carry them over the finish line with financial assistance.
