hello,
this is a very tackling question, and I will break it as follow ......
First:i will ask them what they really hoped SFI would do for them ;so as to know the area of concern and how to convince them
Secondly: i will ask them if quitting is the best option for them and why
Thirdly: i will bring before them my personal experience because i have come to learn that people love to hear true live experience or testimomy
Fourth : I will bring before them my strongest sponsoring tool ; the EARNING CALCULATOR and I believe that by the time I have completed these processes ,there will be a change of heart of such an affiliate
.......THANKS

I, myself too, am looking forward see other solutions to your question my friend; from our fellow comrades how they do it to help us out. As for me, I really think the big issue here is communication break down. Most of those that quit or give up do not give you feed back as to what they think of what you have written. This break-down never lets you know what is going on on their side. If only you could see their side, may be you could have known as to why they are doing so.
Their motive as to why they joined SFI should is an answer to the question. If you knew what motive they had in joining, you would either have helped them achieve it from SFI or convinced them to change and see things as you do see them.
Oh perhaps how we do it does not convince them to stay. If only there was a way to make them see what makes you stay / carry on. All I see is closing down to one thing which is not done properly communication.

Well, I do not think it exists a method. When one considers SFI is or is not for him/her, there is no way to determine a change too soon. However, I do tell something to the ones who feel they do not want to continue. But it depends on the reason each of them has. When it is the problem of time, I tell them it takes just 10 minutes to do the daily actions and other 10...15 minutes daily to talk to someone to invite in his/her downline. If it is about skills, I explain that actually, SFI is not for everybody. It demands patience, some computer skills and ...the English language, or, at least, the tallent to use the translation facilities on the SFI site. So, I am not intending to be discouraging, but for some people SFI works, for another category it cannot. Even if they have skills, they have also to like THIS type of game, not the Mahjongh..for example. Am I right ?

Be sure to encourage them regularly. This means that, you should not miss send them motivating mails telling them to become patient and persistent because SFI is not a quick-rich scheme. Just do the task and always update your downline of the new tips and strategies on how to level up in SFI. A congratulatory message is very motivational if they are improving when it comes to their achievements.
am glad to answer this lovely question.
let me start by saying this ,for a downline to keep moving and have the believe in his or her sponsor /teamleader,i believe is a task.
A team leader must frequently and constantly respond to such a downline request and support them.Though, a lot of highlighted area has been stated from SFI admin to assist and encourage both a team leader and downline member. In this regard, its also the responsibility and duty of a good team leader to be carry the downline member along with the new update and ways of getting more versa point i.e basic page,todolist,wave3 and other important area.
Many downline get tired or quit when their sponsor/ teamleader refuse to attend to them,s they get bored and difficult for such downline to continue and if care is not taking, such downline may call it quit, and you can encourage your downline financially, through this means ,such an affiliate will love to be an SFI affiliate

You must have your PSA's set realistic short-term and long-term goals for themselves and impress on them that this is a business, and not a get-rich-quick opportunity. Your job as a sponsor is to show them the strategy that you used to succeed and make it dupicatable and easy to understand. Teach them how to get organized from the very beginning so they can run an efficient business and succeed.
Keep your downline motivated by leading by example. When you lead by example then there should be no problem with your downline staying focused. Offer gift certificates to all the hard workers on your team. Each and every one us likes to be recognized for the good work that we do. Reassign some of your PSA's if you can. This will show them that others really are joining and SFI is real.
Zina, tell your downline that there is no place for negativity in SFI. SFI business is a challenge. It has excitement. When your ID becomes RED it is up to you how you make it GREEN. When you succeed, it give you both pleasure & success. I have taken this business as a game of points. And I love to play this game. So, if you can make your downline to LOVE this game of points, then I think no body will think about QUITTING. "SFI is a Chllenge" ask your downline to take it. "SFI is an Excitment" ask your downline to enjoy it. "SFI gives income" ask your downline to take it.

A motivational message a day is also important to make your downlines think that you care for them so much. Make it a point to send them at least one motivational TEAM Message or Text to keep in touch with them. No one is willing to leave a friend who cares about them. And always remember you have your obligation as upline or as their sponsor. :)
It is indeed a very hard thing as I am experiencing myself. I have 4 PSAs and 65 CSAs. But none is active, many have quit. How do you keep them from quitting eh?
I can tell one thing though. If the affiliates do not have the inner urge to stay and keep going here, you just can not keep them from quitting. What will you do? Once or twice you might help them with money meaning helping them with money to buy products but You can not spend money for them forever. After all you are here to make money yourself, not to spend money.
You can mail them regularly, explain the benefits here and urge them to continue. However, as I said already, if they don't feel the urge from within, no amount of mails or advises can bind them. So that's that.
