Supporting your downline does not necessarily be financial support.
Support can be extended in many ways.
Here are some ways that I am using.
1. First of all I make sure I am available to them when they need guidance.
Just by being there for them can be of great help.
2. The trust that they are talking to a real person is very important.
3. Present myself as a team member and not a leader.
4. I may not have the answers to all their queries but I can search them
out and get back to them.
5. It is very important to keep yourself updated on the activities of
your downline. Keep a close watch on individual Ledger page. So as to
identify the movers and extend extra support to them. "WORK WITH THE
WORKERS" success rule #4. We have the facility of sending individual
messages we should avail it. I indicate it to each one individually
the points they can earn. This conveys a message to everyone in the downline that "Everyone is the only one and important one"
If the affiliate work it out properly and has the determination to
succeed in SFI they most probably will not be in need of any financial
support. After all SFI if properly managed and worked out promises
commissions from the very beginning right.
6. Most of the time our affiliates might not even need our financial
support because they have enough finances to invest but in case they do
then we can use the SFI tools provided for the purpose.
1. Gift certificate
2. Tcredits transfer
3. Reassignment of affiliates.
