Trust is earned and you have to build it up gradually.
So first of all, you should introduce yourself politely and offer them your help. Don't make any offers or promises you can't keep. Also tell them truthfully what SFI is all about. No hyped up information. SFI is not a get-rich-quick kind of business. You invest in it like any physical or other business and you see the result of your efforts as time goes by. This is probably the easiest question I have had to answer. The best way... What I mean is that the ONLY way for you to develop a trust relationship with your affiliates is to simply be honest and make them better. People trust people who are honest, work with integrity, and are genuinely working for the best interest of those around them.

This is such an important and great question.

One way to develop trust with your affiliates you need to talk to them. Communication is one of the main ways to gain trust.

Along with communication you need to do everything that you are telling them to do. So if you tell your affiliates to work on their to do list daily, then you should also do that.

Encourage them every time that you get the chance and let them know that you are always their if they need anything

First you must take interest in your downlines progress and success not just because it will help you earn more but because you really do desire their success. This could be shown in your constant encouragement and appreciation for every level or step of movement. Be open and honest with your affiliates
Communicate, help them as much as possible, if you don’t know the answer inform them and let them know that you will look into it further with your upline, a2a friends, or SFI support.
Never ask them to do anything that you aren’t doing yourself.
Encourage them when they have done well, offer incentives. But most of all always let them know that you care about their well-being, and will be available whenever they need

This is good quastion and I will give you my opinion in this answer, how I develop trust in my team.
I think every one of us have own reasons why should start to work here and build here own bussines.
You know and I know why I start to work here and everybody of us know that.

In this day of age and internet being highly anonymous. It is a hard choir to make people believe in you.

So you have to let them know that you started in this business the same way they did and knew as much about it as they do.

That by trusting what SFI and known leaders do it is the best way to succeed in this business.
