Your downline can only feel pressured if they do not understand the business thay are invoved in.

When recruiting, I always tell my prospective downline right from the start that its free to register but it takes a little bit of committment from them to maintain their earning potential from their second month of being in the business.

Encourage your downlines to read, get involve in the forum and a2a membership. When they do, they learn these truths from people who have succeeded and are still succeeding in the business.

There is no short cut. To grow in SFI or any business there must be an investment making period. You are their mentor/sponsor/upline in this business so you've got to lead them right.

First you must take interest in your downlines progress and success not just because it will help you earn more but because you really do desire their success. This could be shown in your constant encouragement and appreciation for every level or step of movement. You can also give them gifts as them move up the ladder without attaching it to any competition. Life is all about 'giving and taking'. To take first give lovingly.

Constant communication also helps. Your downlines must also see that you are a 'worker' yourself so that when you are telling them what to do, you're not just giving them instructions but giving them experience.
