The information/answer must be specific to the questions asked. However I don't think that the Potential affiliates will be asking questions straight away. From my experience, provided that the Online opportunity for example: SFI as been seen on a Legitimate Traffic Exchange sites then those people/poential affiliates will surely sign up without question.

The only information that you would you provide is 'please click on this link' - The link being SFI website help pages.

I don't really think it is possible to provide the right information on automatic and answer questions 100%.

If I were to use Auto Responders I would have them sending SFI updates at intervals of every 2 to 3 days (This would help reduce the risk of scam alerts).

If you want to use emails to help potential and current affiliates, sign up to groupmailing programs(for example: Graiglist) to gain affiliates and use the same contacts asking them to pass on the information that you have written and provided from SFI to their contacts in hope to receive more affiliates.

More affiliates who do the work gain you more income.

Remember to provide your gateway links on the emails that you send and tell your contacts to do the same if they decide to use groupmailing programs. Remember that you must place the groupmail contacts as BCC to prevent any lose of affiliates.

If you wish to help your current or potential affiliates further after they sign up, you can provide them with advise on how to build a bigger income from SFI. This can be done through SFI's own email system, However by sendiing these advise emails to their groupmailing accounts or their personal emails they would be reminded or you can remind them to log on to SFI so they do their 'to do lists'.

The specific information that you would want to provide are; participate in PriceBender Auctions, complete to do lists, S-Builder and IAHBE.

The function of S-Builder and IAHBE are the same as groupmailing systems. You may start to think that with S-Builder and IAHBE you wouldn't have to use groupmailing system. In my opinion I would still use them. The reason why is because by replying on SFI to do all the work to find you a downline the search is limited. If you use all three systems then you increase your downline capacity.

The key to a good auto-responder follow-up series is to trickle information. Keep their interest, but don't overload them with info in one letter. In each letter, pick one aspect of SFI, explain what it is, then explain how it will benefit the reader. Some people are analytical and will respond to the 'how it works" part of the message. Others are more emotional and need to see the "how do I benefit" part of your message.

Space messages about 2 days apart for the first 5-8 messages, then, to avoid wearing out your welcome, decrease the frequency to once a week or so, keeping them updated on SFI news.

Always end every letter with a call to action.

If I were using an auto-responder, I am not sure that I would be using it to directly promote SFI. I would be more likely to come up with a niche, like crafting or something and come up with a course within that niche. Let's say that I did have a course on crafting, I would then insert an ad within each lesson inviting them to sell their crafted products on TripleClicks. Or I would advertise some products available on TripleClicks that would be useful in the craft of my choice- beads for jewelry making for example. If your website is about SFI, a course on an aspect of internet marketing would do nicely

If you do a search for PLR, you will find many sites giving away Private Label Rights Products with many courses on a wide variety of subjects There are also many PLR items listed on TripleClicks Be sure to check the resell/giveaway rights to the product you choose, but many will let you do just about anything with them. You can pick one that suits your needs and edit it to make it unique. You can also research the topic if you like and add more information to it. Your aim is to come up with a product that has value that you can give away for free, with a few ads thrown in that the reader would be interested in.

One of the first things I learned about internet marketing is to provide something that fills a need for free. And, although time has changed many things since then, I still believe that many more people go online to find information than they do to buy items. A good informative course will not only keep your prospects interested enough to open your emails, but will also brand you as some who is worth listening to.

First of all, let's say it is always better to keep your e-mails personal. I suppose you are intending to set up a squeeze page to gather leads and then regularly update them with some information about SFI?

Always make sure you follow the rules & policies and Rules Of Success as given by Gery Carson. There are good ideas you can find on your Reference Tab at your homepage member area. Gery Carson even has an article there about writing effective e-mails. Using an autoresponder is a great method of getting on going exposer to your SFI Bussines. It is best to have a great splash page that sends potential clients to your squeeze page and then in turn they start to receive your auto responses.

Now what I use in my autoresponder that has worked well in the past is to let people know about all the ways you can earn free T-credits and also all the things T-credits can be used for.

This way they are quickly called to action to sign-up and also then you a much higher probability that they will quickly obtain EA Status so they can get to the bidding and winning. Also this increases the cance of them Quickly making purchases such as
t-credits and CO-OP shares.

There are following things you have to do:

* There are obvious things like name, email, phone, and SFI ID#.

* But I also think a very important thing that is often not included on business cards is a "call to action". Things like "call me", "drop me an email", "check out his website"... the list could go on and on.

Decide what is the most important thing you want a new prospect to do, and compel them to do it.

* You also want a professional looking your autoresponder website... this is the face of your business so show your prospect that you mean business by the appearance and layout of your card.

* Keep your email simple and memorable. Don't try to fit everything you know about SFI onto your an autoresponder wbsite... that is for a website or blog.

Well, everybody is not the same and what attracts me may not move the other person.

I for one have no qualms with how you send me follow up messages so long as I have interest
in what you offered from the onset, and I believe that there are others also who don't mind too.

As for the message to send, well, you can elaborate more on the program or business you are offering,
breaking it in bits so as not to overload the potentials with information which may confuse them instead
of getting them interested and attracted to your offer.

I like autoresponders and intend to use them greatly in promoting my SFI business.
