1. He/she completes his profiles in totality.
2. He/she uploads his photo on the home page as well as leadership page.
3. Confirms his/her registration..
4. Visits SFI home page regularly and completes his to-do list actions.
5. Responds to sponsors communications and follows to his advice and tips.
6. Keeps in touch with his up line for support and guides/supports his down line
members.
7. Accumulates VPs to maintain at least EA status every month.
8. Sponsors affiliates and refers members to Triplecclicks to grow his business.
9. Participates in ASK SC and other forums of SFI for gaining from the experience of
other members.

While looking for the signs "whether this new affiliate will be good or not",
one must turn around to look at one's own path to progress... presuming that
one has indeed been successful.

The most obvious signs would be a FULL ATTENDANCE in their Daily Actions part
of the VersaPoints Ledger & an early WAVE3 membership besides regular posts in
the "Stream Posts" ( Of course, one has to note this via the points scored for
this activity under Weekly Actions; i find this being worth a separate mention
because 3 points in a 7 day period might just be an acid-test for commitment ).

There are also exceptions, of course.
Some people may have a different perspective than yours and yet be successful.

Though this is not really advised by me, a Standing Order at the very start is
the most obvious sign that the concept has indeed been grasped by the newcomer.
A perfect fit to the phrase "put your money where your mouth is", this affiliate
has clearly demonstrated "long term commitment" instead of signing in with the
goal of "developing a second income" ( or any such thing ) only to disappear by
the 3rd or 4th month.
Here, i must confess that though a BTL in my second month & spending money to
safeguard my position, my standing order materialized only after 4/5 months.
Looking back over the year gone by, *THE SIGN was definitely missing...

An Indian idiom comes to mind, "a child's feet are visible in the crib itself".
But then there is yet another that says, "Only an experienced eye can recognize
a diamond".
That told, one must be reminded of Lord Krishna's exhortation to Arjuna [ refer
Shribhagwad Gita ] to "concentrate on YOUR actions & do not be concerned about
the rewards".

If we were to honestly follow His advice, one should be concentrating all energy
on "developing a new affiliate into a good one" rather than "looking for signs"
whether the new affiliate will be a good one or not.

Funnily enough, India's blockbuster movie "3 Idiots" ends with the same message:
"Concentrate on and ENJOY what YOU are learning... Success will, perforce come
looking for YOU"

I suppose every Sponsor has his own criteria for determining the signs that a PSA is going to be a "good" one. They are all good until the prove themselves otherwise. My system of evaluating is:
How good are they at putting first things first?

1. They have to show that they are willing to do SOMETHING!
2. That something in my book is to qualify for the FastTrack Bonus (200VP) They have a short 24 hours to utilize their first login to grab those 200VP before they are gone.
3. Next I look at their VP Ledger. Did they get total VPs that fell just short of the 500 needed to get their FT Bonus---an inexcusable mistake. Rarely is it justifiable. Did they run out of time? Work one hour and quit?
4. Then I look at what they did with their One Time only VPs. Did they use all available One Time VPs to reach 1500 VPs rather than purchase a 1500 VP Standing Order that would cost them $36.25?
5. Have they tried to communicate with someone in the up line who can give them pointers on what to do after they have secured 700 VP by getting the 200 VP FastTracl Bonus? Is EA their goal? Or should be at least Bronze or silver?
6. Have they done anything with LaunchPad at all? Have they done too many trying to reach the 1500 EA level rather than get a 1500 VP standing order.
7. Have they given any indication of regular login every day?
8. Have they stopped short of getting the ten VP Badge by completing 8 of 11?
9. Have they avoided completing the ASK SC and Stream items because they seem too much effort for one VP?
10. Did they have any inventory of TCredits to manage whatever activity they would encounter for PriceBender Auction Bids or purchases from TripleClicks?

There are many more indicators, some of which cannot be discovered until a week or month has gone by. The best indicator of all is how active are they to get everything possible to move forward toward a visual financial goal. This can often be determined by their willingness to dialog with you through Skype if there isn't a language barrier that prevents it. Understand translation difficulties and do not put much weight on what seem to be spelling errors or grammer faults.

Here's hoping you find a FEW PSAs that rate high on these given 10.

A new affiliate can read the knowledge based articles, launchpad lessons to get an idea about the SFI and the ways to earn VP's, but , definitely he/she needs the support and tips from the upline initially on how to succeed in SFI.

So, an affiliate who will show interest in learning the ways of earning VP's, building downline using the tips provided by the upline/sponsors, is going to be a good one, for sure. It all depends on how you(sponsor) approach your downline and give the extended support by showing the ways of earning VP's, to make a new affiliate a successful and active member in your downline.

As a sponsor, you can easily come to know about the active affiliates in your downline, by seeing the consistent growth they show in SFI.

This is a tough one because you just never know who you have when you get them.

I look for consistency and signs of commitment. Placing a Standing Order is a pretty good indication that you have a PSA that is willing to risk something to be successful.

If they are on your movers list every month AND logging in every day. If they can't find the time to login every day how will they find the time to work the business.

You can see lots of early signs that you have a good one but consistency is the only way you can be sort of sure. If they are moving forward each and every month, you should have a good one.

This business is so fluid, however, that you just never know for sure.

I am glad that this question is asked because i am fond of looking at indicators when it comes to accomplishing something. For the people who signed up under me I also look for indicators that he will be a good one.

1. He/she accomplished 500VP in 24 hours and earn the fast tracker badge.
2. He/she proceeds to earning his first 1500VP in few days and earn the rank of EA.
3. He/she starts asking questions after few days.
4. He/she starts inviting friends and having PSA.
5. He starts buying from TripleClicks in his first or at most on the second month.
6. He never failed logging in everyday.

These are clear indicators that my new affiliate is good one. He might not do this on his own that's why I help them from day one until I saw them doing the things I listed above.

To me there are few activities I look at to recognize whether my affiliate is active or not.

1. Daily log in one of the best activities to recognize. If an affiliate log in everyday, he can be assumed to be active

2. How many days he gains the VP for ASK SC answer rating. This is crucial because only serious affiliates want to gain more knowledge and spend time in reading the answers

3. How often he sponsors a new affiliate. This is one of the most important part of active members

4. Does he writes in Stream post? If so he is active.

5. Does he replies your team mail? Active affiliates always reply their upline messages....

These are few of the activities to know whether your affiliate is active or not

As my experience, how we can detect a new affiliates is a good one:

1. For new affiliate if they are completed their register and profile is a good sign we can see.
2. For new affiliate if they are log in and enter daily to do list, take an action everyday is a good sign if she/ he have interest in SFI.
3. new affiliate getting on fast track is a good indicator if she willing to work hard for it
4. Important thing we can understand a good sign affiliate is she/he staying in touch with their sponsor/ up line member. That means she/ he need to know something about SFI work. Go to vote Ask Sc, make connection with a2a is good sign new affiliate will growing up.
5. When affiliate willing to begin give a GIFT card , SFI X card to family member, friends, other people. That mean we can see a good indicator if she/ he have brilliant idea in their mind to go advance.
6. Set up Standing Order is very good sign for new Affiliate. That mean they are already understand what is the role of SFI, how to make money online.
