For me, the biggest sign that an affiliate is going to be a good one is asking questions about the business. I have many affiliates that are not good ones (they do not log on often, do not participate in the business), but I have noticed the ones that email me questions and ask about how to do thing with SFI are the best affiliates to have. I have had many affiliates work and get their 1500 points (the easy ones) for the first month, but unless they are really interested in getting this to work, they haven't kept working at it.

The best thing to judge any affiliate is his/her communications.
This program is all about communication. The more effectively you communicate to your affiliates the more they got motivation to work and the more success you get. But this only happens, if the affiliates respond to your emails and ask questions to learn about it. So, communicate with your affiliates preferably those who do reply as much as you can and you will be succeed soon.
Work with Workers is one of the key element to success in SFI.

As for me, all new affiliate are good. Of course they has interest in SFI and that why they join in. Since communicating really important in SFI, the best way is for you communicate with them. Greet them. Ask them question even they didn't ask. Send them tips to acquire VP. Even if they didn't do 'FAST TRACK', since you show them that you are willing to help and support, for sure they can become a good affiliate.
Greetings. At the beginning, I apologize to my bad English.
Guarantee that someone will be good there. Some were initially very good, work, and even become EA EA2, asking, inquiring, interested in what and how, and then they disappear and no longer appear.
Others again some time doing nothing and all of a sudden when you go to become successful leaders.
My recommendation is: Give of yourself as much as you can to help your PSA, odgovoarati their questions and be polite, but can not fully rely on the PSA, and find other ways to success: sales, opening the ECA and other opportunities offered by the SFI .

The first obvious one is when you see they are committed to going on to their To-do-list everyday. Chances are if they are doing this they will stay, if they are not logging on at least once a day to receive their VP you may already be losing them, so huge motivation is necessary for these affiliates - stay in constant contact!!
To me, the only way you can know if you have a good affiliate is when you check your VP"s and your PSA's ledger because many will want to say they want to make money but in the end the "proof is in the pudding" so when you do your part and your affiliate does their part then you can see the results and know that you have a good affiliate to work with.
There isn't one!
You might have an affiliate who makes it to Bronze Team Leader in their first month, Then for some unknown reason you never see or hear from them again???
Then you have just the opposite situation, someone who might have only made 1000 VP's in their first month could turn out to be the next Gold or Platinum Team Leader for the next 20 years???
