It is challenging really, especially if you are one of those who rose very quickly, for example you started building your team in your first week in SFI, it is inevitable that you will make mistakes, yes its all part of it, you learn as you "stumble" along the way(for want of a better word)till you get the hang of it, you learn on the job.
Now in this case scenario, how do you help others when you are yet to find your feet?
YOU HAVE TO READ:
You must read and read and read, that's the only way you will get to really understand the business, because at this point you have a team who you have to steer in the right direction, so you must strive to know the basics. We are all still learning, everyday is a learning experience here, but the basics is a must. Get on Ask SC, go through the archives, read the various articles and training materials SFI has made available to us, don't get tired of reading, because with it comes the knowing, and really there is no end to knowing.
YOUR UPLINE:
There is no other time more crucial than this to latch onto the lapels of your Upline TLs, most especially your Sponsor, I am going to assume you have one who is worth his weight in gold, and you have a rapport with him, and he is willing and ready to help you, then when you find yourself stuck on how to go about helping your new PSAs, you contact him to bail you out.
If you don't have that kind of Sponsor, then I think there should be someone among your Upline TLs that should be able to give you the guidance you need.
THE FORUM:
oh the forum!!! "Tis a wonderful place to be." I say this because you see the selflessness of other Affiliates who are willing to answer your questions, no question is too stupid, you are not made to look foolish because of your ignorance, people are just willing to bail you out by giving you the help they can. Different perspectives, experiences....., if someone got a part of the answer wrong, someone else chips in the correct information, not to slight the other person, but in a bid to make sure whoever asked the question goes away with the right answer.
If you have been orphaned by your Sponsor, then this is a good place to learn.
A2A:
Send A2A request to people who have been in the business for a while and have the results to show, ask questions, most are really willing to go out of their way to help.
See you at the top.
