Each of us had the problems with the understanding the concept of TCredits. Starting from the beginning, TripleClicks is an online store with more than 114 000 products where each product has its price. Prices are given in many currencies-dollars,euros etc.and also in TCredits and Member Reward Points. At TripleClicks, there is a possibility to buy each product for cash but also for TCredits which you can earn in various ways:
-2 TCredits each day at T-time game
-5 TCredits for joining W3 program monthly and 5 more if you refer someone to it
-100 TCredits at PTP game
and many other ways for SFI affiliates (for maintaining EA2 or more rank) and product reviews.Also, they can be won at the PB or bought at Tripleclicks.
Later, they can be used for
bidding at the auctions (one
TCredit for one bid) or each of them used for placing your products for sale (for example garage sale).
When explaining, you should show them your account where everything is more clear and open some products to compare the currencies of the price.

In my opinion, the best way to present the idea of TCredits to someone is to compare them to other online auction sites. I've compared them to QuiBidz and Zbiddy to name a couple. With every online auction site out there, there's some form of currency that is utilized for bidding on products. Some you purchase these bids ahead of time and then start bidding. Others like E-bay you bid w/ your own money and keep bidding until you win and thus have to purchase the product. When I talk about TCredits, I mention that not only are they utilized to bid on products that they can win for pennies on the dollar! I also inform the person that they're used to also list items they would like to sell. It only takes a single TCredit to list something, whereas other sites it cost a good deal more and they also keep a percentage of your actual sale on top of the price it took to list the item.

TCredits are used as well to purchase items outright or by bidding w/ them you gain Member Reward Points (MRP) which you can utilize to purchase items with as well. By explaining the ins and outs of how TripleClicks works to somebody, it is very easily explained how TCredits are used throughout the site. Not to mention that each time a member bids w/ a TCredit in an auction or purchases an item w/ them, they earn VersaPoints (VP). Which we all know helps us achieve our monthly goals on obtaining our desired rank w/in SFI.

In order to introduce T credits I think you can write a letter using the Tripleclicks letterhead to explain what t credits are and how to use them. You explain that TCredits are units(Online Currency) that customers buy from TripleClicks.com to bid at the auctions, list items for garage sales, and buy products when they don't want to spend money.



Here are a couple of ways to present T credits.

1. Gift Cards- They are worth $12.00 and they get t credits for free when they redeem the card.

2. Wave 3: you can give them your business card or post card or just using tabbed flyers to refer people to wave 3 and there they will learn about TCredits and how many they can get for free every month.

First of all, it can be likened and compared to a type of currency. Like any other currency it can only be used in a specific organization, namely TripleClicks.

Secondly, it is very versatile if used in a way to maximize it's value. If TCredits are used just to purchase items in TripleClicks, this is a direct payment for items. But if used for bidding, this has more value, because each bid will earn you an ACTION Versa Point and 5 or 10 MRP (Member Reward Points). If you choose to bid on the items marked Double MRP, you will earn double 5MRP which is the default reward for bidding in TripleClicks. So look for the items that have Double MRP and you can have twice the amount of reward points to spend yet another item in TripleClicks.

TCredits are awarded when you are a Wave3 member and SFI also awards TCredits when you re-attain your rank in SFI each month.

To understand what T-Credits are good for one has to understand how Penny Auctions work.

PriceBenders banners and gateway as well as the auctions tab show countless daily, weekly, and monthly wins of items with prices up to several hundred dollars going for 60-95% off or more from their retail price. Looking at these final selling prices and not knowing how the site is monetized you would wonder how TripleClicks makes a profit selling so low.

T-credits are used to bid in a Penny Auction and can be purchased for as little as 29 cents each.

Each Tcredit allows the bidder to raise the final price of the item by 1 penny. By watching the auctions and learning how to bid smartly one can place a minimum amount of bids and win items like our Ipad Air's for less than 1/8 the retail price. Some of our members are so good at playing the auctions they win big prizes like this regularly and are then free to list any items they don't need for retail on TripleClicks, or other similar selling sites and make a profit.

One of the auction types I am eying is the one for an ounce of Silver with 75 T-credits. If I can get my bidding down to 75 t-credits or less per win I could get a bunch of silver to add to my savings and investments dirt cheap, allowing me to substantially grow my net worth. Watching some of the recent selling prices I can see that too many under value this type auction.

I have seen $600 Apple products go for $60 allowing the buyer to make a massive profit winning the item for less than it's wholesale price. Imagine how many of these you could sell at $500 passing $100 in savings on to the buyer. WOW.
