How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

Personally I would take a few minutes and explain to each of them that in today's world, hackers are a common problem. People are always looking for ways to gather information via the internet. During my 20 plus years in the Air Force, I saw our own government come under attack constantly by hackers. Seeing it happen to SFI within my first few months of being a member hasn't discouraged me the least. I believe that the appropriate steps have been taken to ensure that this doesn't happen again. That even further security steps will be taken to ensure our information is secure from future hacker attacks.
Best regards to everyone.

Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

When you're not meeting with someone face-to-face, their first impression of you will be the photo you choose to post on your profile. As the saying goes; first impressions go a long ways. However, if you personally sponsored an affiliate, then seeing your friendly face again when they log into SFI, will make them feel a bit more welcome. As with any business, you want to appear in a professional manner but that's not to say you've got to wear business attire in your photo. Make sure that the photo you choose to post is one showing you smiling, as to convey a welcoming feeling to those that visit your site. People tend to like to work for/with others that are perceived to be friendly.
The photo that you have chosen is a good one; there is no real need for it to be in color. As long as your photo is in good taste and done with a professional feel to it.
Have a blessed day!

What is the best way to contact a prospective ECA?

In my opinion, the best way to contact a prospective ECA is by having a meeting w/ the management/owner of the business. When meeting with someone face-to-face, you are able to not only "explain" all about TripleClicks to the person(s). But you're also able to show them visually the ins and outs of being an ECA. Bringing along the pertinent information to give your presentation and a laptop or tablet; to actually get on to the site and give a short show & tell. By allowing the person(s) the means to see how TripleClicks works and all that it has to offer their business, you're more likely to get their attention. Thus, the prospect has a better view and more information in order to consider at their leisure. After your meeting is concluded, notify them that you're available for them to contact, then give them a business card and your personal contact information. I would also inform them that you will check back with them in a few days, to give them a chance to think things over. Make sure you follow up with them though! In a few days, if they haven't already joined up, they may have further questions about TripleClicks and how it will benefit their business. This will give you another opportunity to answer any questions or even help them start the setting up of their ECA page. By showing them that you're available and willing to help their business grow via TripleClicks, can be the deciding factor for them.
Good luck in your endeavors and don't stop trying to better your life and that of others!

I have experience with in-person presentations, direct mail, trade shows, handing out biz cards, network at events, etc. Can offline marketing be as effective for my SFI business as online marketing?

I will say this in answer to your inquiry. As I'm retired from the Air Force, I have a good deal of management experience. Such as you do with all of your offline marketing. These tools will benefit you very much within SFI. I say that b/c all of your prior experiences build you into a stronger person when dealing w/ promoting SFI. Which is ultimately what we all are here to do, by building up our teams and duplicating our actions in them. Taking all of your offline marketing skills and putting them into action here, you have an advantage over many people just starting out.
You should have no problem presenting your business to others once you learn the basics of SFI. In my opinion offline marketing stratagies work great in recruiting team members. At the same time you're building a repor with those individuals right off the bat! When people know you personally, they are much more likely to follow your advice/leadership in building their SFI business.
So use everything that you already know to your advantage and build a strong foundation of team members! Then start helping them duplicate what you know and how to utilize that knowledge.
Best of luck.

What is the best way to present the idea of TripleClicks TCredits to someone who has never heard of them?

In my opinion, the best way to present the idea of TCredits to someone is to compare them to other online auction sites. I've compared them to QuiBidz and Zbiddy to name a couple. With every online auction site out there, there's some form of currency that is utilized for bidding on products. Some you purchase these bids ahead of time and then start bidding. Others like E-bay you bid w/ your own money and keep bidding until you win and thus have to purchase the product. When I talk about TCredits, I mention that not only are they utilized to bid on products that they can win for pennies on the dollar! I also inform the person that they're used to also list items they would like to sell. It only takes a single TCredit to list something, whereas other sites it cost a good deal more and they also keep a percentage of your actual sale on top of the price it took to list the item.
TCredits are used as well to purchase items outright or by bidding w/ them you gain Member Reward Points (MRP) which you can utilize to purchase items with as well. By explaining the ins and outs of how TripleClicks works to somebody, it is very easily explained how TCredits are used throughout the site. Not to mention that each time a member bids w/ a TCredit in an auction or purchases an item w/ them, they earn VersaPoints (VP). Which we all know helps us achieve our monthly goals on obtaining our desired rank w/in SFI.
Hope this helps you.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

I agree w/ many of the previous answers that quote how it's not your job to convince somebody to set up a Standing Order (SO). If a person doesn't have the money at present time to do so, then they will continue to earn their VersaPoints (VP) by doing the daily training and LaunchPad items too.
Once a member realizes that by purchasing a SO they will achieve the Executive Affiliate (EA) status automatically each month. They will also be awarded 100 VP extra if the SO is worth a minimum 1500 VP. Not to mention that if they truly want to succeed in building their business and obtaining more free items from SFI, such as 2 CSAs each month just by being an EA. Then most likely that person will see the multiple benefits of remaining at least an EA monthly and how it can help their business grow! I would direct them to the following page to show illustrate how remaining at each level helps them grow their business.
https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart
As for the benefits of having a SO, I would direct them to look at:
https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/StandingOrders#popularso
In my opinion it is only a matter of time before a member realizes the benefits of having a SO and they will either budget an amount of money towards this or not. You shouldn't try and convince them but just lay out all the benefits from having a SO. By doing so, you're helping to lead that person to building their business stronger in the long run.

Why is it good to participate in the new Eager Zebra game(s)?

Hello,
As many other people have already pointed out, it's a good way to have a bit of fun. While participating in the games, you're not only taking a chance at winning. But you are also earning VP & MRP as well. SFI has more ideas as to games to include for us all to take part in. So take your chance in playing these games and you can come away a winner from time to time, which is pleasant! Plus you'll be earning those VP & MRP that are all so valuable to us!
Good luck/fortune to you!
