Contacting your team or downline is good. If you have some problem, contacting your sponsor or upline Team Member is the best method to solve your problem. Whatever you understand about SFI and how your sponsor support you same as you have to support your downline. When ever you contact your downline to support them, contact them step by step, 1st step first time, 2nd step second time, 3rd step third time and so on.

What ever you know immediately do not contact your downline to share

Good question. I think everyday is too much to contact the team members, because they are first of all people, who want to spend time to relax, with family and friends. I respect people's time, because it's precious. I think one to three times per week is a great period. Well, it depends from people in the team. I contact my team members twice - I send them team mail and a newsletter. If they want to discuss something, they give me a call in Skype or send me a e-mail. People should be interested

Great question it all depends on the team members. Just like you cant treat all children the same you cant treat all team members the same. there are some team members that are self motivated you give them the ball and they run with it these are the type of leaders that dont require much attention but a simple weekly or monthly follow up to see how thier part of the team is doing and if you can be of any assistance on the other hand there are team members that require a lot more attention and hand

I think that the contacts are never too much.

New members need to help and point out the important things

Otherwise it will be proper to send your members and downlines messages once per week targeted at actions and encourage.

When there's a issue that needs to be solved communication should be current via telephone, cell phone or e-mail and etc. depending on what is available.

Your team (downline PSA and CSA) should always know that you are available

It not simple question. At everyone the opinion on this question is developed and depends on personal experience with partners. I try to find a gold middle.
Different partners differently react to my letters which I send once a week. And many don't react at all to them and don't answer. It is necessary to understand that except us, letters to all structure are sent by also higher sponsors and co-sponsor.
Personally I am irritated by letters of higher sponsors in whom there are

The people in your down line are to be motivated rather than being driven off. Keeping in touch with them regularly to guide them only to be successful. While contacting them the people in the down line are not to be rushed around without making them to know the basics.
irregular contacts non crispy guidance and other factors leading to demotivate will be too much on the down line

Well, there is not such a thing like too much contacting your team if you have a hardworking team.
You have to be there for your team, to explain them everything about SFI and Tripleclicks, to answer on their questions.
If someone is interested for the job he/she will ask you everything that he/she want to know. On other side, if someone is not interested, there is no point contacting him/her too much.
It is enough to send introductory explanation to new PSAs and CSAs and weekly

What one affiliate thinks is too much another affilliate will think is not enough. This question is a bit like asking: How long is a piece of string? An eager affilliate can't get enough information whilst a reluctant or hesitant one will just feel overwhelmed, I think the best we can do is send an email introducing ourselves and offering support then those who want it will be in contact and those that don't will not respond

I liked ur question very much , actually we should regularly in touch with our team or downline by seeing that who is more active & who is inactive , we should pay attention more on that persons who is really caring about business , who is really targetting higher levels in our business , who is very much keen to progress .Then we should pay more attention on these person. As stated by our company CEO Mr.GREY also says that work with the workers . we should also keep in touch with other downline

I feel how much is too much when contacting your team or down line are:

1. They don't even respond when we e-mail directly to the individual team or down line to give them some moral support.
2. Give them words of encouragement but still unsuccessful.
3. Even give them step by step guide line on how to search for VPs but still fail.
4. Telling them SFI is not a get rich business.
5. SFI is a place where people are trained to be a successful entrepreneur & if you
