Contacting your team or downline is good. If you have some problem, contacting your sponsor or upline Team Member is the best method to solve your problem. Whatever you understand about SFI and how your sponsor support you same as you have to support your downline. When ever you contact your downline to support them, contact them step by step, 1st step first time, 2nd step second time, 3rd step third time and so on.
What ever you know immediately do not contact your downline to share your idea or views. First, you yourself try to understand what's on your downline mind. When right time comes then only contact your downline for particular topics. Each and every day you try to contact your downline to become EA2 then your downline feel bore from your message and may try to ignore you. The result may, one day he/she may ignore SFI. It is bad if some one ignore SFI. My opinion for you Please don't let this happen. When our downline is success then only we will get success.
Some people wants to share his/her all ideas and views about SFI to their downline generation but some time it affect bad by doing such. Because some downline may thing why all the time my Sponsor is try to teach me, the topic that I know already. OR some downline may say, I didn't ask anything then why are you contacting me each and everyday, I can also read same thing here in SFI.
So, before contact your downline once think yourself, does it is right time to contact.

Yes, I had used to communicate and the communication media is telephone.
Many of people signup daily and they used to take all VP at the same date. Many of my PSAs, I had trained. Those who I had trained, they all had got FAST TRACK Badge and they used to take VP step by step so that they can understand what the actual SFI is about. They use to login SFI daily and perform daily actions and the benefit is they become EA2 without investing. Three steps to get success in SFI and the steps is Reading, Reading and Reading.
Getting more VP and start to earning is success but it is a least success. You will get more success when you make your own team or down line and make understand to them what SFI is. When your downline is success that means you get success. So work always within a team.

When we make our goal, we move out to fulfill our goal. In single word when there is will (goal) there is a way. If we don’t make any goal then we will lost our position. Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help with the wrong mental attitude.
Stay committed to your decisions, but stays flexible in your approach. In SFI, to your new PSA always make them to set their goals and give training to fulfill it. The approach of liberty makes even a new PSA brave.
Life of SFI would be infinitely happier if we could set our goals and we ourselves make committee to fulfill it. Success is almost totally dependent upon our goals that we had set.
