Hmm that's interesting,
For the part of submitting a sponsor rating, i think it has being taken care of by the 10vp awarded for doing so. The main thing will be getting quality rating and comments.

The aspect of getting comments from your PSAs is what one will have to look for ways to make them do so.

One answer comes to mind be a great sponsor. Read the article on ''Be An Awesome Sponsor'' i think will do the trick.

Just learn on how to lead and grow a team

This is of course depends mainly on your affiliates interest but I can still think of someways.

1. Send a Team mail on 1st of month highlighting the 10 free VP they will obtain just by spending 10 seconds.

2. Also let him know that you are waiting for his comment or complain or any other view to improve your help towards him. Ask him if he wants some special guidance or help also he can write their.

Hope these two increase the number of ratings and comments you are

The best way to get your team to provide you with a rating is just being a good sponsor. Do everything you should be doing and always make yourself available for your team whenever they need it. Provide you team with timely updates and make sure your communication with them is consistent.
Never ask for someone on your team to rate you. You're more likely to get a negative rating by pestering your team members to give you a rating.
Positive ratings are not given, they are earned.

Well, the fastest way to get a PSA to rate you is to mess up, forget to answer a question, don't send team mail, send mail to him with someone else's name, etc. And then remind him that he hasn't rated you yet and that he will earn 10 vp for spending 10 seconds venting his anger.

Ah, you want good ratings? Start by being an awesome sponsor, or at least one who is dedicated to your PSAs. Do all that you should be doing anyway to help your team to succeed one by one. Create a relationship

You have your own affiliate to take care of if you miss a message or you are gone for a few days or a week, or some family matters you got to take care of, and you come back to SFI seeing your rating has went down you will know what I mean do not blame your sponsor for not helping blame yourself for not learning.

Sponsor are here to help, but you got to help yourself to all the tools SFI has to offer, you can find the answer before any sponsor can reply.

Always think positive,

Your PSAs rating you is function of how you relate with them. Obviously an inactive PSA will not rate you even if you are relating very well with them.

Don’t expect good rating, if you as a team leader is not doing very well.

Apart, from your communications with them on other issues, you can also tell them what they stand to gain by rating you. 10 VersaPoint. You can send them messages at the beginning of every new month reminding them to rate you on how well you have

I put a stream message post on the first of every month showing all the free VP you earn during the month, and one of those is the sponsor rating. Let them know that they earn 10VP for doing so.

About 3 days later I will put another stream message out about rating your sponsor, and that you receive 10VP when it is completed.

Constant communication is the key to letting your PSA's know what is available to them.

I think if you have honestly fulfilled your duties as a sponsor; That is you have facilitated and supported your downline and was available for them when they needed you, then you need not to worry about the rating.

SFI's automated alerts will notify all those who are suppose to submit ratings for their sponsors and others in the upline and if they want to they will submit ratings.

This rating will earns them 10 VPs also.

What you can do personally is that mention

The best way to get your PSAs to submit a sponsor rating and comment on how you're doing is to be a good team leader.

If you are a good team leader, your PSAs will see that, will try to duplicate what you do, and will try to get all the VP points they can earn for the month. It should be a natural progression in the growth of your team (assuming you have active affiliates).

The best way is always to be honest and show that you're a human, who wants to have clear relationships with the people. I tell the people in my Team that I will appreciate if they give some feedback to me as a Sponsor and I will learn from my mistakes. I don't like giving thing for hearing an opinion - it's not like a real opinion, but bought. In my Team first of all I try to be a Friend with the people, than business partner and a Leader. This is my way.
