We observe that, everyday Thousands of people enrolling into SFI but only few hundred of peoples are successful at keep their momentum in SFI. Most of them will not login for second time. We know that, to grow our business every tool is freely available in SFI if you try to explore them regularly so we can assume that most of the affiliates have problems in getting started with SFI.

To minimize the GETTING STARTED problems of my brand new PSA’s- What I do is (TIPS):

1). Guiding them into START (Grey color) and SFI BASICS (Blue color) tabs.

2). Informing them about- Matching "Fast-Track" points for generating at least 500 VP within your first 24 hours in SFI by completing GETTING-STARTED ACIONS, DAILY ACTIONS & WEEKLY ACTIONS.

Once they were done with above mentioned basic things, some of them may doubt in their SELF-CONFIDENCE, doubt on sponsor‘s assistance (Active-Up line) and doubt in company (SFI).

To overcome these minor problems, a Small Training will be useful as given below.

3). 3B’s – Assist them to Believe in 3B’s (here B=Believe).

A. Believe Yourself: When we going to start an EXTRAORDINARY work, we start to doubt your Abilities, Strength and start to think- What if we fail in SFI, what my family, relatives, colleague’s, neighbors think if I fail in SFI. To overcome these doubts, a sponsor needs to boost up the confidence level of his BRAND-NEW PSA’s.

B. Believe in Up Line (Sponsor): In communication skills “First Impression is the Best Impression”. Every Sponsor needed to assist his BRAND-NEW PSA’s basic training. Once you create a good first impression then it is very easy to guide him. In addition, inscribe in their mind that SFI is not a Get-Rich Quick Scheme and steadfast-burning desire & patience is needed to reap the fruits.

C. Believe on Company (SFI): Every Affiliate must believe in SFI to achieve best results. To boost up PSA’s believed on SFI, I send them some bunch of Links (URL) of INSPIRATIONAL TESTIMONIALS from FORUM. Moreover, guide them to GROWTH tab as well as let them know the stability of 15 years with 25+ years of rich experience.

Once you remove the “Believe-Problems” from your BRAND-NEW PSA’s mind, everything’s will run smoothly for you as well as to Him/Her.

This is a very important question which all of us should have a good answer for it if we are going to be successful in our business in SFI.

The first thing I do when I get brand new PSAs is I send a welcome email to them. In that email I introduce myself and tell them about my readiness to help them in the best way I can in building their SFI business and welcome them aboard to SFI while also briefing them on SFI’s success story.

Then I straight away tell them how to get started in SFI. To get started in SFI, I advise them to begin by clicking on the Gray Start button at the top right corner of their homepage at the SFI Affiliate Center. That gives them simple instructions for getting started and some basic information and leads them to more information. Also, as part of getting started actions, I direct them to review SFI BASICS and tell them to focus on that page until they feel they fully understand the basics.

Then, when they are ready, I ask them to simply log in each day at the Affiliate Center and review the information on each of the tabs on their homepage. If they do this daily, they will quickly learn all the tips and strategies to succeed with their SFI business. At the same time, they will be accumulating valuable VersaPoints (VPs) just for reviewing these sections each day.

Next, I tell them about the importance of LAUNCHPAD training lessons and exercises for their success. I advise them to do only one LaunchPad training per day, so that they don't get overwhelmed by the wealth of information that is offered. I tell them to accumulate the VPs attached to every lesson they review at the LaunchPad training and others too.

I recommend them to score 500 VPs by doing the above tasks within 24 hours of their registration so that they can get 200 additional VPs as Fast Track bonus and a badge as Fast Track affiliate. Also, I recommend them to keep their VPs above green line. This will keep them as contenders for E365 CHAMPIONSHIP.

Furthermore, I tell them that using above methods they can earn up to 1500 VPs that will automatically upgrade them to Executive Affiliate (EA) rank in their first month in SFI if they act quickly and gather the required number of VPs before end of the month.

Finally, I request them to follow my guidelines to become successful at SFI, and tell them I’m there by their side always ready to help them grow and succeed in their endeavor.

I learned this method from SFI.
Every now and then, we receive a notification from SFI that we have a new PSA and or CSA. We are advised to send our new PSA and CSA a welcome letter.

I immediately send tips on how to start the basic steps to start business with SFI. I need to explain to a new comer how to earn points and where to start with his homepage. These are the guidelines I sent:

1. To start with SFI, one has to start at "Getting Started Actions". Doing the tasks at this selection, a PSA or CSA would earn as much as 965Versapoints. With this I would know whether my PSA or CSA is quite serious enough in joining. The "Getting Started Actions" contains the PSA or CSA Profile.
2. Start with the first Daily Actions "Daily Do List". He would earn an additional 10VP.
3. Contact me after completing the first two-tips so he would earn an additional 30VPs
4. Do the "Immediate Action" section of the Homepage to earn as much as 220VPs.
With the 4 about tips, a PSA or CSa would earn as much as 1,225VPs.
Actually a person can be an Executive Affiliate in a day if he wanted to. Read and answer the question at the LaunchPad to earn an additional 450VPs. A total of 1675VPs in just one day. No purchase requirement and an Executive Affiliate in a day.

However, the tips I gave was not that effective. I need to send the 3 Step to Success Video to my downlines. Still ineffective.

There are many reason I have considered why they have not replied from the above tips I gave them. I never loose any hope sending them PSAs and CSAs Mailers.

To help your PSAs succeed there has to be move than just one tip so for me the first tips I would give to my PSAs after I would have welcome them to my team are:-

Daily log-in to your SFI website to received VersaPoints
Complete the to-do-list.
Complete the Launch Pad
Daily read the FAQs and other help
Get in the habit of asking questions
Stay focus on learning as much as possible about SFI and the various income streams that is available.

When I recruit a brand new PSAs, to help them get started, this is what I say to them:

You're welcome!!!

When you are a new affiliate, there are actions to provide versa points easily and quickly.

• Once in to do list, you must complete the actions of getting started actions and points in front of each action and to take versa points easily.
For example, when you confirm your registration, you earn 150 points Versa, and it is these points that will determine the weight of your commissions.

• The Launchpad are questions you will answer for 15 versa points.

• In intermediate action, click the links to which he scored 10, and once clicked, and the link is open, you will see the top right corner, the V-sign, if you click it, you earn 10 versa points.
After all this, you will see that your points have increased!
Do not give up especially since SFI is a reality that makes a lot of persons happy!


Every day, you can earn a total of 11VP 330VP within a month of 30 days. I suggest that they spend the first 30 days just getting to know SFI by working the To-Do-List, and the Launch Pad. If you don't lay a proper foundation, the house will crumble.

Assure your new PSA that this is normal and that opportunity for a successful business increases with the knowledge they will gain.

third you tell them they need to do all task in red each day

forth you tell them they need to do the few weekly and the 1 monthly task.

fifth I tell them that I send out a weekly email to all members on all levels
and have been doing it since I started SFI on 07/02/1999.

sixth I tell them I am my class champ on E365 program and if they come to
SFI daily and do there task and fellow SFI rules to success they will make it

The first tip I give to my new PSAs is to log on everyday for at least an hour to go through tasks in their homepage.
Also to go through the tasks in their "to-do-list" and "getting-started activities" and the Launchpad lessons.

I encourage them to be online daily to do these tasks to build their understanding of SFI.

I also inform them my availability to help them along.
