The first tip always is to let them know they need 500 VP in order to get the Fast Track bonus. Just confirming registration, whitelisting SFI, completing your profile, uploading a photo, entering a new affiliate greeting, registering as an A2A member and sending your commitment to your sponsor will almost give you those - and that first 500 points in 24 hours is worth 200 bonus points! I tell them to do that first, even if it is confusing, and then I will help them to learn what it all means.

I also try to translate my email replies to affiliates who indicate that English is not their first language. Even if the translation is not very good, I want them to know that I am trying to communicate with them and that I want them to understand how the program works.

One of the best tips is to get people joining A2A as soon as possible. That way, even if they don't have a team, they can still send a stream post to their A2A friends. New affiliates especially miss out on the first week or two of stream posts and "sending a message to your team" since they don't have a team. Many people click on each page to do the daily VP, but miss the weekly VP that might mean the difference between getting to the next rank or not. In the month of May, you could have had up to 15 stream posts (3 per week)- that 15 points could be the ones you are missing to get to the next level!

My first tip to help get my new PSAs started is to advise them to go for the Fast Start Bonus.

After this I guide them on the steps needed to be taken on achieving EA in their first month. I try to discourage them from rushing on and becoming a team leader right off, because without a team it won't do them much good anyway, and I feel it is best to get a good solid grounding in how the business works by taking it slowly to begin with.

Show them the SFI Basics tab and the Start tab and guide them through the Getting Started Actions and Launchpad. Tailor what each of them need to do by taking into account what day of the month they have joined, so what VP they can expect to earn from Daily Actions.
I do this so that they still have some 'easy VP' left for the second month.

My first/best tip to my band new PSAs to help them to get started as below.

*Log into your SFI Homepage with your SFI ID & Password at least for a few minutes/hour daily. Remember it is one of the keys of your success.

*First keep your cursor on White Tab “My Accts” click “My Profile”, fill it to give your correct information and Submit. Your Affiliate Profile Complete and you will be rewarded.

*Click To-Do-List. Read it thoroughly. Click and complete other Red Tabs daily after read/review of every page. Do it one by one and you will get 1 Versa Points for each tab.

*Complete LAUNCHPAD. After read and review, answer a simple quiz and you will see ‘V’ sign at the top right corner of every page. Click it and you will award 10 VP in each page. Check SFI BASICS thoroughly to learn more about SFI.

*Check SFI News to click the ‘Alert’ Tab in your Homepage regularly.

*Go to your Versa Point Ledger from your SCOREBOARD tab to see and learn your daily, weekly, monthly, intermediate doings... Follow it carefully and complete as per instruction given.

*Contact your Sponsor at least once a week to learn more about SFI just to send a Team Mail or Email. In your SFI Homepage at the top right corner beneath your Photo you will see “Contact your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor” click; a window will appear. “TM” means Team Mail click it to send a Team Mail click “See my Leader page” you will go to your Sponsor’s Leader page. If you have any language problem then translate it in your own language from left bar and check all the Tabs to learn more about SFI.

*Always submit your Rate to a good tip of anybody. It is also a bonus point to you.

*After completion of all of the above make your Standing Order to be an Executive Affiliate (EA) from Affiliate to ensure your monthly commission, compensation, perks and other benefits.

Contact your sponsor for any help, assistance and keep faith to your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor/Team-Leader.

First of all:

- instruct them to join the Forum, to follow the responses to ASA SC, it is a way to learn through the experience of others;

- instruct them to engage in Wave 3, so they are open to the possibility of each month receive a 5 TC and a 50 MRP, to be included in the program of bonus awards, as well as to recommend this program;

- refer them to the ECA and SFIPPA program, but only after learn all the basics.

I would assume that the first tip a PSA would want to hear is how to grow their business
the sponsor should make it their point of duty to give the necessary detail on how to accomplish that goal.

The sponsor should also sell the dream each week to the PSAs that they will never want to quit even if they are in doubt or just trying to see where this business takes them.

The sponsor should do the things for themselves what they want the PSAs to do in other words lead by example.

Everyone that enter a new venture wants to know that they are not in this alone,so sponsor must be there to properly guide each PSAs along the way.

Even if you think you are failing it is always refreshing to know someone is looking out for you, and send words of encourage your way,and have your best interest at heart.

Most people do not go into business to fail,most people just need a good support unit.

The first/best tip to give to our brand new PSAs to help them get started is to request them to read/watch START,SFIBASICS & LAUNCHPAD given on the TOP righthand corner of homepage .
After going through the above three,the new PSAs will understand atleast the basics of SFI & will definitely take interest in SFI.
After this ,the PSAs should be shown the importance of being EA2 everymonth.
The simplest three rules to succeed in SFI:
1Become EA2 & remain so every month.
2.Enrol atleast 5 PSAs.
3.Teach them to repeat steps 1 & 2

As soon as receive a team mail regarding new PSA, I immediately contact them through Welcome to SFI team mail & also personal mail ID. Through personal mail ID I ask them to provide their contact details. I try to call them either on :

1)Mobile
2)Personal mail ID
3)Skype
4)Gmail Video chat

Explain them in short about SFI, its Business strategy, Importance of VP, Advertisement, TripleClicks Products & then advise them, to collect “Fast Track Bonus 200 VP along with Badge” which will be granted by SFI for a new CSA/PSA for achieving 500 VP in 24 Hrs.

To achieve Fast Track, I suggest them to Login to SFI Home Page & Click the TO-DO LIST & go to GETTING STARTED ACTIONS perform:

a)150 VP for confirming your registration
b)100* VP for whitelisting [email protected] (I will explain for points displaying an asterisk (*),click the green “V” on the Top Right corner of the particular page & the mentioned VP will be awarded.)
c)75 VP for completing Affiliate Profile
d)60 VP for registering as an a2a member

For Financially good affiliates:
Some affiliates are financially good and they put an SO soon.. For them its best to teach about auctions,making purchase and sales at TC ..

For financially challenged affiliates:
For these,its best to tell about wav3,T-time,PTP contest,daily actions,TC member sales and ECA sales..As these are very economical and they will try it.. If we force them to purchase,they will quit because they want to earn soon and not spend money at the beginning itself...Once they start earning,they will start purchasing...
