I would say from the start to help people under you get movements right away because if you do they are more likely to become more active!! if not you will get all those that was under them so just keep sending emails and support to your downline how to do this ;)

I believe in rewarding active PSA's by rewarding them with at a minimum 25% of my PSA's. Not only does this show your PSA's that you are an active sponsor, but it shows you are genuinely interested in their success. We all have PSA's who've logged in once and never come back.
I try to mix up the PSA's I reassign with active and non-active PSA's. By reassigning active ones you give your PSA a chance to work on their leadership skills with an active member. By giving them non-active PSA's you give your PSA a chance to work on changing how they feel about SFI.
Both of these are very important skills to develop in order to be successful.

I am aspiring to be a new leader.I have been maintaining my EA position contineuosly working with my PSA's to maintain EA status every month. If you have EA2s in your genealogy you can maintain your team leadership and go up levels. Once you have settled down to recruit PSA's and you are getting PSA/s steadily thats exactly the time you want to help out your PSA's with ressignments.
By having competitions among your PSA's also you can Reassign to the winners.
Its a strategy that you know best what will work for you to advance in SFI in every respect. You do get action points for reassignments and its to be considered if necessary.
Therefore when you have studied and understood your position in SFI and also your workers position and plan out how you can develop your team , then you can go ahead and ressign.

Reassigning PSA's to downline awards 5 versa points for each reassigned PSA having 600 or more versa points.If a PSA is inactive and has 600 or more versa points, it can be reassigned to an active downline member.Any active downline member may be able to motivate him to become active.I sufficient PSA's are available, then reassigning may be done in order of more active downline members.

Some might say 2 PSA's will do but it will be never enough I would say. The best solution though I would suggest is for you to purchase a duplication order of 15 PSA which costs US$30. In this way you both receive 15 PSA's at the same time unless of course you don't want to spend more.
As for me, I don't really intend to reassign any of my Personal Sponsor as they are my future growth for my team.
If in the future though, I want to assign one of them, I will make sure that they will be assign to the right affiliate.
It takes a long time to know when you will be doing this with your business here for SFI but for my own opinion, I will not assign them until I am certain about my own Personal Sponsor and the activities that they do for their business.
You want to mentor them first to succeed, then if they are still in the same situation as the beginning, We have to do something in order for them to learn how to grow.

It's a good question. I believe that when you have five serious affiliates who work every month you can do reassigned to the extra to help your affiliates. However I noticed that if you fail to do your commission sales is very small and if you have affiliates to buy the TC work about nothing. I hope my answer will be satisfactory to you, but remain of the opinion that all the work you just you and not the answers you get here.
in my opinion even if i have not committed being a team leader....
i believe we cant say if u will stay behind on how many psa you have gain..
cause on how many downline you made the mpre yoi earn.....!!!
so im saying you should not stop on how many psa you have...
cause the more you have the more you earn....
