The initial contact then a follow-up, why? For various reasons:

1. The initial contact gives you the opportunity to introduce yourself to your affiliates whether they be PSa’s or CSA’s. The key here is to maintain a relationship with the affiliate's and the initial introduction in welcoming them to your Team is the first step to establish this relationship. Creating a blog is one way to promote your SFI business outside SFI itself. Go to wordpress.com and set up a free blog for yourself. Once you have created a blog then use it to advertise your SFI business, products, and make sure you promote links to your SFI business, promotion products ,etc,. Also, from your blog use other adverse streams to boost your advertisement, look for free advert streams, for example register your blog with Google+, advertise your blog on social media such as facebook,

As a new Team Leader, how do you know when you have enough PSA's to reassign to your downline?

Some might say 2 PSA's will do but it will be never enough I would say. The best solution though I would suggest is for you to purchase a duplication order of 15 PSA which costs US$30. In this way you both receive 15 PSA's at the same time unless of course you don't want to spend more.
