Its none other than the daily to-do actions.. The reason i say this for sure is simple..When a sponsor signs up a new PSA, the first thing he advises is to do the daily actions regularly and to become an EA..So the new PSA obviously overrates it.. In the first 2 months being an EA is easy.So the PSA thinks that to-do actions is the most important activity in SFI to earn VP and thus it is overrated..But as soon as the PSA reaches third month,he realizes that maintaining EA needs purchase or sales..

You should know this when you have at least 5 active and committed Team Leaders in your first generation as PSAs. Reassignment though not compulsory, is a very good tool to encourage commitment and team building.
Purchase and sales and a good team are the backbone of running any business.
