How to make it work for you as an Affiliate and what they can get out of their business, having that knowledge can be a great tool, learning is your best asset.
When they need help with anything they do not understand, and/or to guide them in the process of their daily lessons and through the steps they should follow. As you keep in contact with them they grow as you grow.
Its none other than the daily to-do actions.. The reason i say this for sure is simple..When a sponsor signs up a

This will depend on your own goals and how much you are expecting to get out of SFI. In your goal statement you have an idea of what you want to reach in SFI. You know you will have to have a certain number of active PSA's to reach your goals. I would use this as a basic guage. Maybe go beyond the number of PSA's you want by a few and then you can begin deciding where you want to place the over flow in your down line.

This can be one of the most encouraging tools to build your team and

Hi Patricia,

You have to make that decision as to whether you have enough PSA's to reassign or not.
Personally, I've reassigned PSA's to a new affiliate when I didn't have many.
I did this because it was an affiliate that always asked questions and I felt would be a great leader and I was right.
He was able to relate to the affiliates better than I could.
Besides, whenever you reassign an affiliate, it always comes back to you in gratitude and profits.

This is a good question you get to know the number of PSA's on the movers tab where you can find their daily log ins and log outs and get to go know about their performance every day.

So if you have many PSA's such as 20 -30 then you can confidently reassign
a few affiliates to your down line members then.

If you do this they will fell more encouraged to participate in the SFI program.

I hope this answer was helpful to you guys.

As a new Team Leader, I would be thinking about enough PSA and reassigning some of them in these circumstances:

1. When I would have too many PSA at once to give my quality support and help to them.

2. When there would be thinking, I have done from my side all the best what it could be in my power and from my knowledge, for helping and tracing the downline's own way.
Someone could do this better, sometimes is maybe enough to change the mode only.

3. When there

My Answer to this Question is this: You can never have enough P.S.A's,the more P.S.A's you have the bigger your Business, you never know when these p.s.a's will take this business to the next level,so the more you have the better, especially if they are serious about the business. your personally sponsored affiliates are key to helping you to grow your Business, just do your best to keep them in the right direction, everybody wins if we keep it real and simple,we must first be in a position of helping

I don't think it's all the matter of numbers. For example, if you have "not responsive" PSAs, it might be better to reassign them to working one PSA from the same country. They are speaking the same language and if working PSA understand what is SFI is all about, it is easier for him to explain to the others.

Further, if you have more new PSAs, I think that the bigger chance to make them into movers is to reassign them. Because, quality of work will be higher if you work with

I reassign PSA's to all of those that reach my top 50. More to those closer to the top (what ever you can afford). If you dont have 50 yet, that's ok they will come.

Remember to concentrate on your most motivated 5. How frequently have they loggeed in, are they continually accumulating VP, are they sponsoring, how are their sales, are they copying you, etc. for anything you want your criteria.

Do they know what you expect and how to achive it? You have to give them a performance

Hey there Patricia

On becoming a Bronze Team Leader myself, I don't have much of a team yet but I am patient to let it grow with some effort put into it.

This is a great question i must say as i really truly think there is no limit of the number of PSA's you can have in your team, but as long as you are stable with a strong team of PSA's why not give some away to your best working, most enthusiastic players you have.

This will be rewarding for them and can be set
