This is a fantastic question.

A book that I would recommend to SFI affiliates is "Peaks and Valleys". This book is simple to read and about 130 pages in length so does not require you to set aside a lot of time to read it through.

The book is an analogy, story format, about a young man searching for his personal success in life and in doing so comes across a mentor who explains how one attracts success.

I recommend this book not only to affiliates but also to share with family, friends and other people you may interact with.

I have read it several times and own a copy of it in my personal library at home.

The first book I would recommend is 'The Magic of Thinking Big'. It was first published in 1959 which is a

self-help book by Dr. David Schwartz.

The main thing holding people back is the relative smallness of their thoughts.The book explains the

importance of 'Thinking positively toward oneself'. The book begins by relating a story of a salesman who

sells significantly more product and makes more money than his co-workers. Schwartz points out that the man

was not smarter, more educated or better connected than his colleagues. According to Schwartz, the man

expected to sell more so he did.

Another important idea that Schwartz reminds us through this book is - 'To see what can be, not just what is'.

He explains that visualization adds value to everything and thinking big means training oneself to see not

just what is, but what can be.


Next book that I would recommend is 'Think and Grow Rich' which is a 1937 motivational personal development

and self-help book by Napoleon Hill and inspired by a suggestion from Scottish-American businessman Andrew

Carnegie. While the title implies that this book deals with how to get rich, the author explains that the

philosophy taught in the book can be used to help people succeed in all lines of work and to do or be almost

anything they want. Jim Murray (sportswriter) wrote that Think and Grow Rich was credited for Ken Norton's

boxing upset of Muhammad Ali in 1973. The book was first published during the Great Depression. At the time of

Hill's death in 1970, Think and Grow Rich had sold more than 20 million copies and by 2011 over 70 million

copies had been sold worldwide.

It is noted in the book that an individual with desire, faith and persistence can reach great heights by

eliminating negative energy and thoughts and focusing on the greater goals in hand.
The 13 "steps" listed in the book are: 1. Desire 2. Faith 3. Autosuggestion 4. Specialized Knowledge 5.

Imagination 6. Organized Planning 7. Decision 8. Persistence 9. Power of the Master Mind 10. The Mystery of

Sex Transmutation 11. The Subconscious Mind 12. The Brain 13. The Sixth Sense


The third book I would recommend is 'How to Win Friends and Influence People'

Published in 1936, How to Win Friends and Influence People is still a popular book in business and Business

Communication skills. Dale Carnegie's four part book is packed with advice to create success in business and

personal lives. How to Win Friends and Influence People is a tool used in Dale Carnegie Training and includes

the following parts:
Part One: Fundamental Techniques in Handling People
Part Two: Six Ways to Make People Like You
Part Three: How to Win People to Your Way of Thinking
Part Four: Be a Leader - How to Change People Without Giving Offense or Arousing Resentment.


I would also recommend 'How to Stop Worrying and Start Living'.

Carnegie says in the preface to 'How to Stop Worrying and Start Living' that he wrote it because he "was one

of the unhappiest lads in New York". He said that he made himself sick with worry because he hated his

position in life, which he attributes to wanting to figure out how to stop worrying.
The book's goal is to lead the reader to a more enjoyable and fulfilling lifestyle, helping them to become

more aware of, not only themselves, but others around them. Carnegie tries to address the everyday nuances of

living, in order to get the reader to focus on the more important aspects of life.

Finally I would recommend 'The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference'.

Gladwell defines a tipping point as "the moment of critical mass, the threshold, the boiling point." The book seeks to explain and describe the "mysterious" sociological changes that mark everyday life. As Gladwell states, "Ideas and products and messages and behaviors spread like viruses do." The examples of such changes in his book include the rise in popularity and sales of Hush Puppies shoes in the mid-1990s and the steep drop in the New York City crime rate after 1990.


These are my suggestions, however there are many more books that can help you grow in business and constant reading is a must to develop the right attitude and Grow.

I have read many books about the power of your mind, books of Dale Carnegie, Joseph Murphy, Deepak Chopra and others. They are all wonderful and teach you positive thinking. But the last book that I read, the Secret of Rhonda Byme, clicked my mind into the real truth of success.
We all know that there is the Law of Gravity which causes all objects to be attracted to the center of the world and so if they are left in the air, they will fall. Now I know that there is another equally infallible law of the Universe, which is the Law of Attraction. This law is controlled by our mind and whether we like it or not, that is the law that builds our life.
It is very easy, but few people know about it. It has 3 clear steps:
Step Nº 1: You formulate your wish in the form of a picture, e.g. if you want a car, get the exact picture of the car, color, make, price and all other characteristics of your car.
Step Nº 2: You consider your wish as granted. That is where your faith has to work. Once you make the request, your msg has been received by the Universe and if you persist in your belief without ever doubting, the Universe will do everything to make your wish come true.
Step nº 3: Your wish is materialized. If it is a car that you have asked, you will get your car, it is not for you to ask how, it is the work of the universe.

There was something wrong that I was doing. I had lots of rats in my house and everybody at home only talked about rats and they were increasing more and more. Why? The only image that my subconscious received were rats so it was just attracting more & more rats to me.
So, remember, only give to your subconscious the picture of what you want. Now I am picturing a cat, believe it or not the rats have disappeared. The law does not fail. Try it. Next I am going to picture success in SFI. I have no doubt that I will succeed.

I read a lot of books on marketing and self-motivation, but in my opinion, Robert Kiyosaki is author who left the greatest impression on me and my work. I strongly recommend all his work but especially his book "Rich Dad Poor Dad."
Encounter with this mind oppening book for me was the 'eye opening' 'downloading mist from the eyes', and understanding of monetary ?????????, ? cash flow.
It was a great relief to find and get answers to some basic questions and dilemmas and to understand the mistakes that I have made ??before. The whole system of my thoughts about the world around me be radically changed.
With these changes I stepped into a whole new world of work and earning.
Later I read his other books, and I follow his work on Facebook group.

Although the question was to recommend a #1 book, I would recommend two classics. If I had to pick one of them, I would would recommend "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill. My #2 would be "The Magic of Think Big" by David J. Schwartz.

The reason I would put these at the top of the list for SFI members is that first you must understand the principles underlying success before your can embark down the road of success. The thing to keep in mind is that you decide what success means to you.

This is a question that needs to be thought of deeply.

If it is motivation then motivational books are a dime a dozen.

What an affiliate need is direction, many of the new affiliates are completely new to affiliate marketing and know nothing about the internet let alone affiliate marketing.

The new affiliate requires to be directed on what he can do to improve his status. Many sponsors (me included) assume that this people know what they are doing which might not be the case. We need a book that is simple to understand and its concepts can easily be converted from theory to practice.

In this regard the book that I have read that has given me some direction since I came to SFI is Internet Income by George Little.

My personal opinion is that there is not a specific book that you should focus on. I have 2200 books and I am learning more every day. I have started to study books on affiliate marketing, growing your online business, blogging, using facebook to market your business, etc.

I attend webinars and seminars, I enrolled to online training, and despite all this knowledge, I can not give myself out as an expert.

I would recommend a subscription for IAHBE, read and study whatever you can find there before you start buying other books. From the info you get there, you will have a solid foundation to build your SFI business.

Then decide what marketing strategy you are going to follow, and focus on that. Once you are an expert in that field, widen your research and study other alternatives.

Remember, knowledge is power, and you can never know too much on a specific subject.

Read, study, and try your hand at every method there is.

Good question David.

I will not go into specific title because there are lot of them, but rather I will go to the theme or subject of the book that SFI members should be reading.

To find a priority book to read one must ask what are the key success factors for us here in SFI?

1) Finding Active Affiliates. - This is the number 1 success factor for us here at SFI.
- In this regard one has to read books, articles on how to find leads both online and offline.

- For example in online marketing. How to find leads in Face Book or Twitter. How to make blog? how to post free ads effectively.

- In offline marketing, how to present your product, how to tell your friends without offending them.

- These are just few examples of the books that you want to read.

2. Commission - This is related to sales.
- You should read books therefore on how to sell especially online.

3. Leadership - This is related to leading our affiliates to be active.
- In this subject, creative leadership books are very valuable. I read a book on "Relational Leadership" and Man of Influence.

4. Earning Online - This is broad topic of different ways of earning online. You should be very knowledgeable on different ways to earn online so that you can convince yourself and others that SFI model is the best.

Find those books related to the subjects above then you will be on your way to success.

Take note that SFI web site have already given us priority information that we should learn. Start from the website then go to these extra books that I mentioned above.

As SFI affiliates we all know the importance of promoting TripleClicks and generating sales. After all this is where a big percentage of our earnings come from and for some this can be the most difficult task to attain. However, just as important as generating sales is another task is just as important, leading. In order for SFI affiliates to truly achieve the earnings that will change their lives they need to devote a lot of time to building a good team. Affiliates are going to want to coach their PSAs and CSAs on how SFI works and how to be successful at it. Leading isn't just about telling somebody what to do and how to do it, it is about getting down in the trenches and doing the tasks with them. It's about showing your team that you too are fighting the same battles and willing to do everything you are training them to do. It's for this reason that I would recommend a book I read when I first got into a management position, "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" by John C. Maxwell. This book gives readers an excellent understanding of what leadership is all about. If you are going to be successful you are going to need to know how to lead.
