I help new Affiliates to focus on 2 fundamental things:

I suggest them to follow carefully EVERY DAY their "to do list" and get qualified as an Executive Affiliate, accumulating at least 1500 Versa Points within their first days: https://www.sfimg.com/Home?section=ToDo

I often add an incentive to achieve the EA rank. Kind of: 'become EA within the end of the month and I immediately reassign 5 of my PSA to you, to help you get started in a very tangible way'.

That's the best way they can get all the answers they need, stressless, when they really need them, acquiring at the same time a correct vision of the business.

In my own word and which I plan to do is that I will make sure I don't be the greedy type that want to have all.

What I will do in other not to be overwhelmed is that for every of my active PSAs I will re assigned affiliates to them in accordance to their ranks.

If any of my PSA turned EA I will award him 2 newly signed affiliates through the help of my SFI coop manager.

Same thing apply to EA that advance to EA2, will get 2 EAs re assigned to them

And so on.

It often happens that when people who join SFI felling overloaded with new information and options. It was the same with me.I did not know where to start.
But with the great help of my sponsor and co-sponsors, and their advice I was able to overcome this problem.

The first advice I received was that the first day I focus only on making 500VP, because I will get 200VP from SFI like award.

Then every day I received messages that were driving me forward slowly.

Second tip was to not rush and after geting 1500 VP ,to just hold above the green line because another month is not so easily gather again 1500VP with no investment.

They also proposed that I join SFI group on facebook because there I can get support and advice from older and more experienced members at any time.

And last but not least, they advised me to read all the information on the SFI as many times as I need to understand them, and to be sure to login on SFI every day and to do daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Following these tips in the first 10 days I became EA, and in the second month and EA2.

Now that same advice and support I offer to my PSA and CSA.

I think , for affiliate , that the ability to ask a question and get an answer within a few hours, either from their own sponsors, co-sponsors or members of the facebook group is most important to prevent the feeling of information overload .

First take a deep breath and relax because SFI is a good thing happening to us, not bad. I would stress to myself and my team to take the entire process one step at a time. (We all know Rome was not built in a day). Once we become familiar with where everything is located and what its function, do we proceed at a faster pace. Most important, do not be afraid to ask questions of your sponsor, upline leaders, fellow affiliates, and company support.

Overwhelming can become like a burden. It can create an atmosphere of no real profit. It can also become a time consumer translating into time not well spent. It can frustrate some members and can lead to loss of interest. So tackling it in a manageable manner is important.

First and foremost learn the rules of success and understand them.
Identify the different revenue streams available and choose what is appropriate, feasible and manageable.

Make use of the training and marketing tools to help you into success.
Revise your goals and adjust if necessary.

Give yourself a realistic timeline in pursuit of goals.

Be focussed and aim high.

Have fun and enjoy yourself by participating in various activities like games and auctions.

Build a good business team. Earn as many VersaPoints as possible to take up and consolidate team leadership position.

As clearly as possible teach your team members to have a similar understanding and to replicate these steps faithfully. Lead by example.

Most of my down line found SFI too complicated to understand. Even I was confused in the beginning. The only way I could get to know more about this business was to read, read and just read the information provided in the website.
But the problem is people don't have the patient now a days to sit and read to understand.

The best thing has their sponsor is to simplify the process for them let them concentration on the basis which in the first month is going through the daily training, completing the to-do-list,launchpad training. Encourage them to develop a routine by spending at least 15 minutes per day completing the to -do list. The goal is to keep the whole process as simple as possible and build on it as they become more familiar with SFI business and what it can offer them.

As a sponsor you must be in contact with your affiliates and new affiliates to simplify the process for them the way it works, to ask them if they need any help and encourage them. In the first month is going through the daily training, completing the to-do list,launchpad training. Encourage them to develop a routine by spending at least 15 minutes per day completing the to -do list.
