- Firstly : I set every week my job by looking what I can do to achieve my goal and maintain my EA status. And then, I try every day to log into my account and get the more possible VP I can, answer my affiliates questions.

The biggest issue with S.F.I. becoming overwhelming, I think is expectations of easy and simple actions, which the first month is orientated to.
But if you are really reading & learning about the internet & it`s vast array of resources.

This is a Excellent question.

First I put my blinders on and focus only on one point. Its very important not to be lost in the Sea of information that SFI is. I suggest this point be Either bringing in new affiliates "long term profit" or TripleClicks sales "Profit today".

Then Decide 1 Solid method to advertise. Free traffic exchanges. Warm marketing, or Blogging are easy beginner ways to start seeing results.

After you have mastered that 1 point. Continue to add to what your focusing on.
My best suggestion is to Read about one thing in SFI then go Implement it.. Right Then.

The goal is not to make 100k in your first month.. The Goal is to Become Independent and have a sustained business.. You cant do that Today. You have to take it 1 step at a time.

The best way to do this is to make sure that we all understand what SFI is all about.
I usually stress to new team members and all other members that SFI is all about the START tab, SFI BASICS tab and the LAUNCHPAD tab.
For new members I usually try to ensure that once they are through with the above three tabs they move directly to the TO DO LIST tab and start on the GETTING STARTED ACTIONS at the same time reminding them that the DAILY ACTIONS need to be completed.

SFI should not be overwhelming, it is a business and we should make our team members understand and realise this.

Team members must also understand that it will be by being active and working thier business everyday that they will reap the rewards, be it in badges, versapoints, cash,prize, etc.

Here are a few thing I recommend doing/not doing:

Do not get caught up in what I like to call the "Power Hours" (PH). The Power Hours are the first 24 - 48 hours of being signed up. You try to read every lesson and put all of it to work right away. This will overwhelm you and nothing will get done.

Take your time, take it one step at a time and if you do start feeling overwhelmed stop for a bit then when you start again go to the basics page and just work on one think from that page.

I personally put together a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly plan. Use your goals tab and each time you are logging off take an extra 5 minutes to make your goals for the next night, day or for the next time you log in to your account.

If you have skype you can also skype any of your team members and go over the material or lessons together.

Again just take it slow. SFI isn't going anywhere so no need to rush it.
