Good question and the answer will please all if we knew what the best ways are to recruit good, new affiliates.

There is several marketing methods that was explained and talked about at forums, etc, etc.

But I think if one can setup a training school for entrerpreneurs in your hometown, city, etc, it will be great. Because then you will work with those new affiliates and teach them SFI basics, Launchpad, TripleClicks, etc, etc.

You will build your own team personnally and therefore building your business.

You can then personally turn new affiliates into good affiliates.

Can be done via the internet aswell but then you loose that personal touch.

My recommendation on the #1 book to read will be The Bible or even the Quran. It is very inspirational, motivational and it is the most printed book ever and will be.

I would also however like to make a change to your statement "Since reading is so important to growth" because success can mean different things to different people.

Success can be the amount of money in your bank account, the number of badges you have acquired, the number of goals achieved, your status in life, the house you live in, etc, etc, etc.

Even Pres. Roosevelt used quotation from the Bible in many of his leadership speeches.

There is many great book to read to enrich your knowledge, but my #1 choice will always be spiritual books, because it can be so empowering.

SFI should not be overwhelming, it is a business and we should make our team members understand and realise this.

Team members must also understand that it will be by being active and working thier business everyday that they will reap the rewards, be it in badges, versapoints, cash,prize, etc.

Training also form a great part of this business and only by learning and reading about thier business with they see success.
