Teaching your team members to follow a daily routine and taking it one step at a time will do much to alleviate the "overwhelming" effect of learning the SFI program, it's tools, materials and webpages.

In order I recommend:
1.Consistent communication through Email,Team Mail and Chat. Identify areas of importance, maintaining contact and motivating your team.

2.Logging in daily and completing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly To-Do List.

3.Completing the Intermediate and Training Actions, gradually to absorb the material.

4.Stress the importance of the TripleClicks Store, all it offers and the Pricebender Auctions.

5.Point out the Marketing Methods provided and teach the advantages of each.

6.I suggest keeping folders on important Links, gateways and other information to draw from at a latter date.

7.Learn and teach the Genealogy Page, it is a terrific tool to maintain communication with your team.

8.The most important area is Advertising. I follow and recommend a program of pursuing at least one form of advertising daily. I advise my team of the same in Emails and provide suggestions to use.

Again, consistent communication, encouraging questions and keeping an open door is the key helping your Team Members.

SFI provide us with such a powerful and Free for use tools(except of few) It's all ready for us to start. But many new affiliates get overwhelmed, so SFI created this video to SIMPLIFY and make it so we can jump and get started quick and easy.

The best way to not get overwhelmed when you first start out in SFI is to take step by step( includes SFI Start,Basic,Launchpad ).To take steps you must go slow and learn a little every day.
The most important thing to do is log in at the Affiliate Center every day and review the RED TABS on your homepage.

Suggest also to your affiliates the most important thing to do is make sure they log in everyday. Do the daily tasks on the home page by clicking on each of the RED TABS, reading the material, and clicking the blue button at the bottom of each page to confirm daily actions. SFI is very simple at the basics stage, so always go back to basics every day if you not fully understand SFI.Constantly study how SFI works with information on alert page,SFI News,ASK SC,Internet income lessons and Launchpad.

Being "overwhelmed" is a state which affects just about every affiliate particularly when starting out. Generally, we tend to get that feeling as we rush to gain points to reach rank. So many of us fail to grasp the concepts because we skim through the information claim points and move on to the next topic. Then we start feeling the impact of information overload and being faced with the need to apply something we know we covered but just can't remember or are unsure of how to apply because we did not take the time to fully understand what we read. This leads to frustration and despondency.

So, what to do. I do not think we can get away from the mad rush for points so a plan is needed to get the most out of the information available. I know because I have experienced it myself and realize that it only dissipated as I got a better understanding about the program. A failure to "understand the program/SFI" is one of the top reasons why affiliates opt out. This is a problem that SFI recognizes and so both the launchpad lessons and the intermediate actions are structured to cover much of the same material (reinforcement which is lost if both are rushed through). Also when striving for the 24 hour bonus we are encouraged to choose from among the getting started actions or data submission. No stress there.

But we need to establish a review system; that's right re-read everything and not just once either- until we understand what it means and how to implement. Choose a topic for the day and concentrate on finding all information on it. The research can even be taken outside of SFI if necessary. But believe me between the ROS, keys to success, income training, forum, Ask SC, sponsor, up-line and down-line (yes quite often our down-line members are reading with understanding even better than we are- I know)we are covered.

Once you got the hang of a concept, implement it. Nothing gives a boost of self confidence as seeing good results from something you did. Improve your standards of operation by tweaking methods. Occasionally share a brief analysis/breakdown of various concepts through weekly mailer. This helps all concerned. You may choose from questions asked by team members - others often need the same assistance but fail to request it. Encourage team members to come to you when they need help. But this will only happen if trust has been developed so maintain clear, open lines of communication.

More importantly, create and regularly redefine manageable goals (include reaching out to your team) and a pathway to their fulfillment. Work tenaciously at achieving them and once you do, challenge yourself to a higher level of performance. Challenge your team also- nothing gets the juices flowing like a good old competition. The need to succeed will force a review of training material - eureka! another subject grasped, frustration eliminated, nerves calmed.

1- To be Successful with SFI, you need to be CONSISTENT in logging in everyday, even for less than an hour, to do all of the activities possible for you to do on your TO-DO List everyday so that you can gather all the possible VPs made available to you, register for the Daily Grand in which you can earn some great freebies, and learn a thing or two by reading some of the info provided by SFI, by participating in the ASK SC and Forum. This is the way for you to generate all the possible VPs you can from your part... and, you want to reach at least the Executive Affiliate Status every month if you are serious about your business.

2- Then, to be able to generate even more VPs, in order to make more money and be successful with SFI, you need to BUILD A TEAM. To build a team, you need to be CONSISTENT in Promoting your Business in any way you can; have a look here for multiple ways to market your business...

The more people you will get on your team, the more VPs you will gather so that you can move up in your Status with SFI which will open up new possible ways of earning for you, and the more sales you will generate at the Triple Clicks store which will increase your commissions.

3- And, finally, you want to duplicate yourself so that the affiliates on your team will do the same thing which will build up your team to even higher level over time and contributes to an even greater success for yourself. This is why it is so fundamental to train and support your team members as much as you can by being the best possible sponsor. Understanding the essence of leadership and teamwork defines the most appropriate answers for this question. Therefore the following points hold:

1.) The team leader must dedicate convenient number of hours daily for his SFI business. Daily time table is quite important and he should stick to it. He should also maintain consistent communications with his downlines and upline support team. His leadership page must not be negelected, including his bulk mailing system in his "to-do-list," that is PSA, CSA, and geneology mailing list. He should however apportion it piecemeal, that is bit by bit, so that they don't get overwhelmed by lots of information. For that also will in turn overwhelm the leader himself/herself. These will faciliate a most effective sharing of knowledge to the benefit of the entire team and far less stress in reading or trying to read everthing, firsthand. Though he must not neglect his share of firsthand reading.

2.) He must make use of SFI's resources like the "movers tab" on his SFI homepage. Here he needs to click on the name of any of his downlines to access his/her VP ledger. There he will be able access the tasks done and those yet to be done, and thereby offer precise assistance to whatever moment's need, rather than trying to give information on whatever questions he might guess to be the need of his downlines. That could be quite overwhelming.

3. He should not concentrate on so many downlines. Rather his first approach in managing his downlines should be to know those who have zeal zeal and are already working quite hard. They are called his "movers." For such downlines have already enough SFI business knowledge to be working hard. Having identified them, he can then focuss on them to aid their attainments to various leadership positions, like E.A (Executive Affiliate), BTL (Bronze Team Leader), STL (Silver Team Leader), GTL (Gold Team Lesder), and PTL (Platinium Team Leader). This he can do by throwing open contests, reassignment of affiliates e.t.c to really encourage them since their success is his success.

4.) He must agree that not all he tries to lead will be willing to be lead or even show serious interest. Therefore he must not border to have all come along. That could be quite stressful. He should rather learn to sponsor new affiliates from time to time into his team. Because he may get new ones that will be far more zealous to read SFI guidelines and work. Therefore far less stressful for him.

5. Finally as he helps his downlines to attain these various leadership position mentioned above, he should let them clearly know that their ability to do to their own respective downlines what he did to them, defines the greatest success/profit ever, for them, in their SFI business endeavours. This is DUPLICATION.

With these points implemented it will not only be not overwhelming, but also quite efficient and successful.

Yes good question.
First of all my members urge on SFI the following steps:

1) They must either begin to buy from TC or find people who will.

2) They must step out and begin advertising to strangers.

3) They must look at the other money streams offered by SFI.

4) They must figure how to use other people's money in order to succeed. And to tell those people how they will benefit. Do this by encouraging ECAs, find people who will sell TC products, or buy them. There are also other ways.


You can use a few Tcredits, a Co-op or a gift certificate as a reward.

A pat on the back goes a long way, as I have learned from my sponsor. On many occassions I have pushed a little harder because he dangled a "carrot" in front of my nose. By meeting the challenge affiliates gets a sense of accomplishment which then strengthens their resolve to succeed.

. Most older folks would tell you that in order to survive you have to work. It's the same here. Only the work is online and like any other job, you just have to give it time. And the strategies used are like any other business and that support is always available. That there are people ahead of you in the business who are also supporting you as a newbie. That in this business you're never left alone if you think help is needed. And there are a lot of information waiting for you online. Just click the mouse and you're into it.

Hi Robert,

To be honest with you during my first day Second day and a week in SFI it was not easy for me too and overwhelming, but I’m afraid to ask to any body if I don’t understand things because I am afraid of rejection or I’m afraid of bothering anybody doing there own business too, but I don’t think of quitting in spite of the hardship, instead I challenge my self, because I believe that no matter how hard I will learn everything in the right time if I give my self a freedom to learn like any body does, we know that its hard to start to anything but I motivate myself to read and read and read and learn little every day . I explore and explore about SFI to give me more information of what the company is all about. Not so long I discover a lot of things in SFI that gain my interest and trust it gives me a lot of information for free that added to my bank of knowledge and it gives me confident to ask to send ticket if I have some question to post in forum to and make friends. And after learning of getting started I move to next level what more I could learn. So I explore again to learn more not only the basic but the whole thing, and make some try to something new to me like anybody does I challenge my self to anything that catch my attention, so don’t be afraid to explore and don’t get overwhelm. Little every day we will learn if only we have the courage and patience, don’t push your self to the limit it will bring pressure to you and you miss the wonderful things. As the saying says “To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep on stepping”.

Always back to the basic if you have some confusion. Every single question you have about SFI has an answer, just explore! Its there need only to discover.

Getting started is really a hard thing, yes it’s true but remember everyone here in SFI experienced same things, but look at them now, sharing stories of their success here in SFI, if they become successful why we can’t. Make them as an example.

Don’t get overwhelm just learn the process and you will wake up one day with full of knowledge about SFI and it will be your turn to share your knowledge if you meet some confuse affiliates along the way , its because you know everything about SFI.

I like to focus on the simple steps outlined in the To-Do list. This is a great feature that makes knowing what to do next easy to find. Show your affiliates a simple step by step process to make earning at SFI easy. Here's an example:
