Firstly we should not try to read all at a time , by doing so we may feel overwhelmed.

Best advice is to do the daily actions first, weekly actions & monthly actions if any as per To-Do List.

Then just select one or two topic for the day & read thoroughly .

SFI is very simple at the basics stage, so always go back to basics every day, don't get wound up in complicated issues.

Start fresh every day on the basics page and decide on one thing to do that day, and go about doing it. Read something even if you have been with SFI for years, read a launchpad or memo, and it brings you back to where your affiliates are, and then communicate the one simple task daily to them.

Once the new affiliates realize it is really easy, then they

SFI is still overwhelming to me after two years of working the program. I read my WHY statement often, especially when I'm frustrated. To overcome being overwhelmed here are the steps to emphasize.

1. Develop a "WHY". Why did you sign up, what was your motivation for joining. Usually just wanting to make money isn't enough. Your why has to include more specific information.

The best way to find your WHY is to make a Tchart. Take a piece of paper, place a line across

Hello Bob, great question. I tell my downline to simply stick to the BASICS at first. This is NOT a quick-rich business. This is the REAL deal...and should be treated as a real, physical, brick-&-mortar business. Now that we have the new Start page and video (thank you Gery), it's the perfect place to send our new affiliates. Read the Basics, accessed on the upper-right home page tab...and read one Launchpad article per day, as instructed. This is plenty for most affiliates, for the 1st

Most of the earlier answers have gone into detail about all the resources SFI provides to make earning income via SFI easy. I won't go thru those details again. What I have recommended to my down line in the past is that if they are feeling overwhelmed is to simplify.

So if they are having trouble in one area I tell them back away from that area for a while and focus more on areas they are having better luck with. For example I had one associate once that was having trouble trying to

The first advice I give to any new team member is to take things slowly.

You will probably be excited when you join, you will probably be very keen to get started earning money. That's perfectly normal, and it's wonderful to hear from a new PSA who's bursting with enthusiasm for building their business, and wants to learn everything at once. But there's way too much to take in at once, and trying to can give you a major headache. (I know - I gave myself the headache, but fortunately,

Start with the Start button. When you understand everything there, move to SFI Basics. Once you understand that, move to Launchpad. Don't try to do more than you can understand at once. Work through the lessons. After you have finished them, go back through them as needed until you understand everything well enough to move to the Internet Income Course. Take your time.

Read through all of the Forum posts on your Home page. Keep up with the news. If you have questions, ask. Your upline

There can be so many opinions on this question. I realize that SFI can get overwhelming to a person just starting out when they see all the things that they have to do to make the business work for them. It can also affect the seasoned affiliate when they see that they have to continue to change with what SFI offers if they want to be successful.

The key to not getting so overwhelmed would be to first get the right mindset of how simple it is to be successful in SFI. What inspires me

This is an issue that many new affiliates face. I personally have had many decide to give up because they "don't understand" what is expected of them. After much thought on the issue I decided to compile an 8 pg "Getting Started" guide that outline the basics for them. I send a copy of this guide to all my new PSA's, CSA's and re-assigned CSA's to give them a leg up. If they can see the bare bones of what SFI offers then they have a better chance of giving it a chance. I also

You have to remember that SFI is not a 'get rich quick scheme', it is a business set out for you to understand and gradually get money from your work. I always quote to my affiliates and especially new affiliates that "Rome was not built in a day" so your business will not be built in 1 day. Every week I try and encourage my affiliates to keep active by logging in everyday as this is the crucial first step. In the same email I reassure my team and always say at the end of my email that
