This is a good question. The badges are important in the sense that they are elements of recognition of their work. We sometimes work hard in establishing the foundations of our company SFI. All these actions can pass into oblivion, but the thing that can sustain them, are the badges. Badges are better motivators for ourselves and for our downline. The badge is a gift or a certificate of recognition for the work we have done. Who can say that he is not happy to receive gifts or tokens of recognition of work he provided? In my case, I am more than proud when I see my badge below my photo. The joy I feel when a new badge is added to my collection is priceless. I am happy because I know that when my affiliates to see they are also proud and they are also motivated to turn. To be honest SFI leaders had a brilliant idea to implement this system of badges. Better they are beautiful to see. Again thank you to G. CARSON fabulous for this initiative.

In every profession and business there is something that differentiates one cadre or category from one another. In SFI the same applies hence the need for badges.
The following are the reasons why I believe badges are necessary: -
It bestows prestige and honor
It shows level of commitment
It attracts attention
It portrays accomplishment
It advertises the element of hard work achieved through following the rules of success of SFI
It gives respect and attracts followers
More importantly it boosts the morale of your down line knowing that their leader is doing well.
People will admire your business sense and want to step up into your shoe
You will be finally acclaimed and recognized by everybody around you.

Badges provided by SFI have a significant role to play.
First and foremost , it gives satisfaction to you that you are going in right direction and gradually getting success in what you are doing.
Secondly, this badges earn you respect from your co-affiliates, as they know how difficult this badges are to be earned.
Finally, badges may be shown off to your new or prospective PSA's. But in my view as they all are new member's and don't know ,what this badge's means to the person who have earned them with all his hard work. but then also badges have a significant role in getting respect from your new member's.

Good question !!!
First talking about myself, I love those badges on my profile. I have 13 now !!
When I was new in SFI and got to saw those badges on other seniors and my sponsor's profile, I used to get much excited and it gave me much encouragement !!
I always wanted all of them on my profile too !!
Then, eventually, i got badge of wave3, iahbe, top10 class, top 200 country, iahbe.... and now u have 13 and its a great feeling !!
So, In the same way, I can assume that other newbies and my teammates might be getting encouragement from my badges like i used to get !!
So, they are important !! For you and for others too ! :)

The badges are important because it shows your team that you are doing as you teach. For example if I tell them that it is important to earn EA or better every month and don't have at least EA myself, they won't think that it is actually important and probably won't become an EA themselves. However, practicing what you preach does show a commitment that is going to be respected, and followed by at least some of your team. Seeing the badges lets your team know what you are doing to build you SFI business as well. Seeing that your sponsor has won a Daily Grand prize and a pricebenders auction might inspire them to try their hand at the auctions and enter the daily grand themselves.

Good question! SFI badges are so important because if you are active, you gain leadership title. Badges also reflect the kind of dedication you have with regards to your SFI business. It shows your dedication to your SFI business by having a number of PSAs and CSAs under your able leadership.
Badges also reflect the kind of dedication you have with regards to your SFI business.
The more SFI badges affixed to your account, the more tasks you are engaged in and give you the level of expertise gained and you to gain more access to your downlines activities by gaining access to their VP ledgers that will tell you how active or not active they are.
With the Badces you have the incentives for to work more in SFI.

Badges are important because if a student does well at school, College or University, She/he get a certificate, Diploma or a Degree. So! If you do well you get Badges.........
FANTATIC QUESTION because BADGES ARE FANTASTIC!!! This is my first attempt at answering one of these questions, but I'm excited about this one. It's the motivator that keeps me going month after month. The recognition is even better than the commissions! I'm very proud of my 12 badges, especially the one that says #1 Power Rank. Even though that is for being the best of the affiliates that joined on the same date as myself it looks like I'm THE EXPERT to my new and old affiliates alike.
I work hard to maintain that badge, as well as the ones for my country and overall. These rankings are based on the total versa points from your whole team, in all generations, including CSA's. Whenever I start a new month and see those power rank badges; it doesn't matter where I begin. I have my goal for the month, to keep up. If I slack off I know I'll go down in rank. If I work harder I'll go up in rank and earn even more commissions.

Badges are a good indicator of how active an SFI affiliate is with working and participating in the programs. You can see their rank from Aff thru PTL. They also tell you their Power Rank[s] and the programs within SFI they use and like. For instance An IAHBE badge informs us they like what they get from being a member there... and they can be asked why they like IAHBE and if they recommend to you.
So it's relatively easy to determine how much they know about all the facets available within the different programs offered by SFI. These can also be used to contact them and get additional information [not found elsewhere]about things like S-Builder, Wave3, E365...etc. Look at your uplines badges and you can be inspired to follow their example. Then look at downlines badges to determine how you can help them get more active in an area they can benefit from
In most cases, the more badges one has... the more their getting out of their activity within SFI & TripleClicks. I've seen as many as 15 badges on a couple of Team Leaders and as little 2 on a new affiliate and everything in between.
