I think the best way to motivate your downline is to always keep your communication line open 24/7. Everybody loves to feel safe and informed. Always extend a helping hand to them. The best helping hand is to assist them in creating a template which could recruit new affiliates and ECAs more effectively. Once they recruit new ones, this is the start of a positive attitude towards work.
action speaks better than words any day if your doing your daily, weekly, monthly, and 1 time task then your downline will also, if your doing your weekly mailing's to all your downline members and CSA's so will they also. If your advertising daily so will your team members and if they need advertising places they will email you also for places and if not there welcome to email me at [email protected] for advertising places just put SFI member needs advertising places and I will send them to you.
That is your main key to success in SFI promoting promoting do I need to say more on the internet and in your local area where you live I say within 10 to 25 miles from where you live and then if you travel promote it in that area also since your there, it doesn't hurt. I can never say stop on this subject I am sorry but that is the key to getting people into SFI and triple clicks. Making up flyers telling people about SFI and giving them to people is great. Always tell your downline there doing a good job when your seeing them bring in people to SFI, don't just look at level one look at all levels down your looking for leaders on all levels below you.

The best way to motivate our down line is to
1. Stay continuously in touch with them by sending team mails & responding to their queries within 24 hours.
2. Send links of various training modules from time to time.
3. Provide Gift certificates & arrange contests which will help them get inspired to do more
4.Assuring that SFI is a genuine business and will pay off well as you put in your efforts sincerely & grow with the business.
Always make yourself available, show them that you do care about their SFI business.Lead by example.Praise them for their achievments.Give the Trippleclicks cards as a thank you for any achievment.Try and get a Skype connection with them. Its much friendlier.
I am glad that you asked this question. I think there are various ways to motivate them, but first you must find out what they are looking for. Are they looking just to see what we are about "tire kickers" so to speak, or are they interested in replacing their job and work at home. Different people have different ideas about this business. To me motivating my people, my first question would be why did you join SFI? What are you looking to do with this business? And then I go from there. The majority of men say they want extra income or to replace their jobs...then that is a whole different scenario than a housewife who is looking to make ends meet or to kill time. Try to find out how much time they have to devote to this business. If they are not willing to give time in exchange for learning the business, we are wasting our time. I always weed out those that want to work and put forth the effort, those that get online every day and do the work are the ones I motivate with incentives such as reaching certain plateaus and reassigning affiliates under them...
I have an EA2 right now that was about to give up and I encouraged her and she stayed and now is moving ahead nicely. She purchased PSAs yesterday and is moving forward. People just want a leg up in their business....This business is confusing at first glance because SFI tries to give them the best of everything, and some times it is overwhelming to be able to drink it all in, but I tell my people about my experience with SFI and they seem to be encouraged because then they can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

The best way that I have found to motivate my downline is to offer gift certificates. Be sure the gift certificate is appropriate for the occasion. I always match the achievement with the gift certificate. I had a CSA make 3 milestones in 1 month. That CS hey I got a 50 dollar gift certificate from me. Talking about motivation, that would almost give sight to the blind!
I will say this. Don't start something that you can't follow up with. If you're having a contest and you're going to give 10 bucks then give 10 bucks. Trust among your affiliate is hard earned. But once you have it the sky is the limit! - Aiming Higher & Dreaming Bigger! - Wilg
