My opinion on the best way to motivate your downline is,
1. To lead by example. We can motivate our downline to success if we are successful in the business. There is no motivation better than that. We must prove that the business works and then, they can follow likewise.
2. We should be supportive to our downlines. We should always be there to help. If we can do both tips, it will act as a strong motivator to our downline. Thanks.

I must establish a communication strategy very effective and i search to respond as much as possible when the affiliates need to help.Important communicate to skype, emails.I think the first thing that we should do to motivate them to engage in long term endeavor is to start with ourselves. I feel my sponsor has did a great job,so I will follow his advice and start growing my team.

I think the best way to motivate downline is to make them understand the complete concept of SFI. After that Setting up competitions among all the members in your downline, which will help to develop curiosity to earn VP as many as they can. They should enjoy having more badges, explain each and every aspect which attracts their interest. Pricebender auction is one of the most interesting concept of SFI, give them complete do and dont's of bidding.

Try to help and make them a part of your

Hmmm i'm late in answering this question therefore I must have a very good answer so that you will vote for my answer hehehehe... Probably, just offer him $100 per month? Do you think he will work? Of course this is ridiculous!!!

Ok here's my piece. Our tendency if we are motivating our down-lines is just to say any thing that will make them do something. We sometime sugarcoat SFI up to the point of lying or hiding the realities on how SFI works. This will result to short time motivation.

I give them continuous Support. An incentive for becoming EA2 is also a good thing to keep their Spirits up. I award 10 TC Credits for everyone that makes EA2. Show them you care and look at their Ledgers, that way you can point out what they still have to do. Then you can teach them to duplicate and do the same for their Down Line. If they see that you are doing it, they will be more motivated. Cheers Evie

Hi,

Motivation! Everything in this world moves under this word. Without it, your are lifeless. You have to be first motivated to pass the same synergy to your downline. Think first out of SFI for a minute and look at the things that highly motivate you. What would be done to you to make you motivated? I usually ask myself these questions before i pass the same synergy to my downline. Remember, you will be communicating to same human beings like you. Now coming back to SFI, below are things

I try to be an awesome sponsor every which way I can. So motivating my downlines is one of my priorities.

I try to channel my enthusiasm for the business by regular personal communications, sharing valuable hints and tips I’ve come across while reading the posts in the Forum, building their confidence by sharing my own experiences, especially in participating the Pricebender auctions in the TripleClicks.

In addition, I offer incentives such as giving TCredits, $10 Gift

It would be nice if there was a simple answer to how to motivate your downline--But setting an example of honesty, work ethic, and a sincere desire to make them succeed will move mountains of disappointments they have experienced on the Internet.

I believe in giving various gifts or rewards--but one must be careful not to buy their loyalty or drive. The main principle within the Bible is "DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU" which translates into action of "Loving
