The good thing here is you can check the Genealogy, and see when did the CSA or PSA last log in to SFI. This is a great indication about the affiliates' sincerity to the Program. And you can then decide whether to give up on them or keep the connections.
But as for newsletters and TM's, keep them posted and always addressed.
To answer your question, I have been in contact with the Co-Sponsors on my team almost every day now only one of them responded that I gave a lot of attention and she thanked me. The others never answer my mail and I feel like I am talking to a brick wall.
In many ways you may end up sabotaging your chances. While you truly want to get a job, meet someone, or achieve any other goal, you won’t succeed because you don’t believe you can. Well I read that one of the SFI affiliate only joined this program after two years prior to his registration, and I decided to include them in my mail as much as I do to my team that I Sponsor. Both ways you will benefit if they decide to take this business serious. So! Never give up on them group mail all at the same time and see what happens.

I will continue to send weekly letters to all my PSA's and CSA's regardless of whether or not they do not appear they are not interested. Maybe they are not interested early on, but with our communication on a regular basis will influence them at a later date.
We must be patient and not give up on them, but as the saying goes: SOME WILL, SOME WON'T....SO WHAT!....NEXT!
People will do what they will do, when and if they want to. Do not take it personal, and continue to work closely with your MOVERS, and remember some never will be movers, you just have to keep on keeping on!
Your attitude is what is an important factor in your succeeding, so keep positive, determined and persuvere and eventually you will reach your goals am your DREAMS will become reality!

Its a good question and on this am giving you exactly what I am doing because I have the same problem.
1) I keep on writing to them even when they do not reply or ask any questions because it's my duty as their sponsor to help them. Some of them may be have been manipulated some where else and they think SFI is just like any other easy money making scheme out there but when they notice your persistence and care may be they will change and start communicating. That is why I haven't given up even up to now.
2). Yes, I agree with what Gery says "Work with Workers" but if it doesn't hurt you sending that email since you just type one message that goes to all you CSA's and PSA's, so just keep doing it. In any business there will be bad days and downfalls but it doesn't mean you stop working.

The reason of non responding may be they are not convinced or not getting a way to start it. Never give up any PSA and CSA even they never responds as they are our prospects.Do follow ups on regular basis because these prospects likely to be converted into active CSA/PSA. One important thing is that use realistic way to get them active instead of hyper...
dont give up, keep sending mail to them as if they are your besr aff, i have a csa joined in nov 2012 had done nothing until 3 days ago now in 3 place on team for feb. all i did was let them know i was there for them and make them feel that they are not alone.
I don't think we should ever give up on anyone. Some people might just be late bloomers but it is imperative that we work with the workers Nd encourage those who are not operating to operate
The popular saying at SFI is 'never give up' however we have also been clearly told that if we are able to retain 3 out of 10 affiliates, we are doing well. There is no need to lose sleep over a CSA that refuses to respond after repeated prompting. What I do is to reduce my number of contacts with such affiliates, hoping that something might change in their situation which will cause them to respond favourably. So ultimately, it is up to you and how far you want to go
Like the saying goes, "winners do not quit, and quitters do not win." While affiliates help to make SFI the multi-billion business it is today, so also CSAs help create leaders and wealth. As long as they do not quit SFI, we should keep sending them messages, whether they respond or not. You never can tell when and how the response might come.
