Don't give up on anyone but don't spend too much time on those that do not do anything. As mentioned before 'Work With The Workers'.

Some people do not get started straight away and others will start when they have heard from you several times. They are looking to see YOUR confidence in the SFI business. Show them that you believe in your business and you may find that they get started.

Some people who join do so just to have a look at the system and then become overawed by

Personally I believe that one should never give up on anything or anyone. Everyone in our team could be a crude diamond that needs to be polish. Maybe the fact that they are not replying is because they are not still convince that SFI can help them reach their goals. So keeping in touch with them is one way to show that it must work since you are still there and keeping in touch with them.
This being said keep sending a team email to everyone at least once a week no matter what using SFI team

I feel that CSA's are exactly like PSA's. Why? Because they are part of your downline pure and simple. You never know, they might read one of your emails and find that 1 word or phrase that connects all the pieces together. Suddenly everything makes sense and they go on to become one of your leading affiliates. So I would give up after they have been red flagged and after they are no longer part of SFI.

Never , Never Give up! Just be consistent and communicate regularly. You may think that they are not reading your messages, but some are. Accept the fact that you will have a lot of " O " Versapoint Affiliates in your business.

It is also important to be mindful of what you say and how you communicate things to them, so continue to improve your messages and until you see an increase in your response rate.

If interested, contact me and I will share with you on what

Never give up! I'll give you a real example of this from my upline. One of my upline was not active for several years. He had been Platinum. I wondered what happened to him, because his name was on my upline team. Well, somebody didn't give up. This person returned into active work in November and is now Gold. Although I am using this as an example, I have seen other affiliates in my downline eventually come back into action after quite a while. Unless a person actually opts out, don't ever

Never!
You just keep promoting, supporting, motivating and helping all your team members. There is no need to worry about needing to give up on people in my view. Let them do that if that is their choice. Just focus on not giving up yourself, model this to those around you, and is in life itself, your SFI business will succeed. Success then becomes only a question of when and not if. "

You should NEVER give up on anyone.

Always keep the communication open. The timing might just not be good for them right now, but you never know if they open the door later.

If that door does open at a later time, they will already be familiar with you because of your communication, and might just feel more comfortable with communicating on how they can do better.

Always leave the Door Open!

As Gery said, WORK WITH THE WORKER'S, I follow this theory and if someone not respond to my mails and messages repeatedly ,either he is PSA or CSA, i leave them for my weekly team mail only.
Everybody is boss here and no one can ever force anyone to work. It's your own business and you have to decide how much or really you want to earn from SFI.We as a Team Leader are here to guide you and in return may get some benefit's out of you.But you are supposed to be main beneficiary of your time and
