As Gery said, WORK WITH THE WORKER'S, I follow this theory and if someone not respond to my mails and messages repeatedly ,either he is PSA or CSA, i leave them for my weekly team mail only.
Everybody is boss here and no one can ever force anyone to work.It's your own business and you have to decide how much or really you want to earn from SFI.We as a Team Leader are here to guide you and in return may get some benefit's out of you.But you are supposed to be main beneficiary of your time and work devoted towards your own business SFI.

We notice this phenomenon in many management and our downline must deal with this phenomenon carefully and very cautiously to me to curb this phenomenon.
In this business, even if solidarity is required: we interest our PSAs as well as our CSAs evolve, it is also true that we need to work with workers. The CSA does not respond to our messages and in addition is inactive after several attempts we put on stand-by. In this business, time is money, we should not waste time with anyone who does not clearly provide such effort. It is as well to continue to get in touch with him, it is as if harassed while enrolled in this business freely. It must be given in all courses can bring to focus on the concept but if the rest of mabre can not help but leave a little bit hoping he comes back in the business with best intentions.

That is Pray Until Something Happens! Well in this case, you would keep on Pushing until something happens or not. Never quit communicating to them unless they opt out of SFI system.
Send weekly emails to them concerning SFI updates and techniques on how to succeed with it. Always offer assistance if they have questions. Some affiliates just need to keep seeing your mails in their inbox and thats how interest starts building progressively. Its like a relationship, you need to input bit by bit to build that trust between you and your partner and voila, big things precede.
In summary, dont stop communicating.

Well, I'd say NEVER !
Yeah, never give up on your CSAs even if they never respond to your messages or do anything !!
They may get active now or next month or next year !!
Its a different case if they opt out naturally.
You don't give up except if they choose to opt out. Just as you don't give up on your children until they grow to be responsible. All you need is perseverance and continuous push. I have some CSAs that shows up after a couple of months. Just remain focus and don't let that distract you at all. Wish you great success

The reality is that until they decide to opt out of your list, you have to treat them the same way as your other PSA's and CSA members who are actively responding to you and who are busy working the business.
It can be troubling, but one day the very ones not active today may decide to get busy on the business they chose to join. Just continue to send out encouraging emails to them and remember to direct them to your leadership page where you have notes on your blog and offers that maybe they haven't thought of.
I myself think that there could be a language barrier so I send out emails in different languages from time to time, in hope of them reading the email in their language since maybe, they couldn't understand in English.

Success in SFI means never give up. So you should never give up in contacting your CSAs or PSAs. Remember each CSA pays you 15% CV of each of there purchase and more importantly matching points in case you are TL.
I never stopped in contacting my CSAs even they never respond to my mails. But i believe some of them will be back if you keep in motivating them through mails.
