I always write team mails to my dear team members, but I also send them personal e-mail, this way they feel special and they are. I often try to send also video messages to my team members, because the personal contact is different then the simple mail. I also use Skype and social media to contact my team members.
Of course when the people don't reply me in a lot of time and don't ask questions, I don't bother them. If they want to know more, they will find me with questions.
My team is formed from people all around the world and in my country, I often speak with them through phone and I meet them in person. I can do it outside too, if there is a will.
My team is number one priority for me and the communication is the key to success, but only if it's two - sided. I can't save anyone who doesn't want to be saved.

1. Make sure you provide as many contact details for yourself in your welcome email and welcome message. Ask them if you can call them or chat with them about the SFI business.
2. Use team mail to communicate with your team and keep doing it. It sometimes takes several emails to get a response
3. Offer shares in coops and give them rewards for their efforts. Follow up on the rewards with a thank you email. You have opened the doors of communication
4. Don't give up if they don't answer your emails or messages. Keep giving good advice and keep letting them know that you BELIEVE in the SFI business.
5. Post on the stream and let your team members know that you WANT to help them. Those that are active will eventually respond.
6. Lead by example. Show your team members that you are willing take the actions that you ask of them.
Hope that is helpful. Good luck with your business and stay happy, healthy and young :-)

You can communicate with your downline through social media sites.
Let them know what social sites you use...If you use Facebook,
Twitter, Linkedin, or Skype, notify them so they could sign up for
the same social media to connect with you. Make sure you add them
as your friend. These are great sites to market your SFI business
and get leads to join your business.

The best way to start a two way communication is .....
A gift certificate: if you are thinking a prospect just to write you back then offer a message that you want to offer a Gift Certificate is he replies back. Most of affiliates will respond to it.
Except this:
phone call is a good option
Video chat over skype and gmail
SFI IM chat
But above all the GC is the best i feel to make a start
Send emails or messages from within SFI and offer a tip or bit of advice to help them advance their business. Also reward PSA by placing your active CSAs under them.
The simplest way to get two-way communication with your downline is to give them a phone call. Many affiliates don't give a complete profile--some do. Those that do, go ahead give them a call. Introduce yourself as their sponsor. Let them know that you care more about them than about your commissions. Help them achieve their goals by listening to them. Ask open ended questions to get the dialogue going.
