The best incentive to offer new affiliates should be lead by example. Treat them the way you want to be cared for. Set a beneficial example doing the right things as a Sponsor. Consider what you're doing and how it will affect others. Make beneficial decisions that may be passed on to your team. Sometimes you need to be able to help them in a way that meets their personal best interests. SFI is HUGE and filled with so much information.

Let them know you will always be there if they ever need you day or night,
tell them what they need to do in order to make in SFI. That SFI isn't a
get rich over night program that it will require them to do all daily, weekly,
monthly, and 1 time task. It will require them to advertise to others and
if they need places to advertise to just email you and put in subject

That is a good question. I personally think awarding them with Gift Cards is one of the best incentives. It actually motivated me to work harder when i joined SFI.

Good question! The best incentive to offer new affiliates is your time, attention, and guidance when and if they want it. Their choice. When they want it, get back to them as quickly as possible with the help they need.

You have been in their shoes. When they realize that you truly want to help them succeed, they feel confident that they can come to you with their questions, lack of understanding (they are NEW--this does take time, effort, and knowledge gained), fears, and successes.

The incentive is like parenting - relationships, guiding, motivating,helping , gifting and make them feel you are there always there for them.

One of the best things to do is to start an advertising co op and offer your affiliates signups for joining your co op

You can get plenty of signups by starting an advertising campaign and splitting the costs as well as the joinings with your affiliates

If we think just SFI we should think of the 3 steps needed to be successful, so become an EA, get affiliates for your downline and duplicate, so there are the three times for incentives, become EA gets a handful of affiliates ( buy them). This leads to them buying affiliates when they get 25 beneath then reward them with another bought amount of affiliates say 5. Which leads to duplicating, each month they do the same. So the best incentive for growing SFI is BUYIng AFFILIATES to offer as incentives.

This is very good question!

There are lots of incentives to offer new affiliates.

Learn from experience and remember the mistakes i have done and remind new affiliates not to do that.
mental support , encouragement is all they need in first few months.
