I personally think that to achieve this goal, the sponsor must explain to new members that this business is a gold mine, it's a job and not a hobby. They should also know that success in this business depends foundation on which their business is raised. The habit of making these actions is not a mechanical gesture, it allows to get in touch with the business, to understand somehow learn to love it, and that instills a passion for their business. Nothing lasting can be accomplished without passion. The sponsor must notify this clearly in his welcome message during follow-up affiliates. Competition E365 is a good excuse to make them understand the importance of being present every day not to miss the train finalists.
It also requires that your affiliates feel that you are doing what you asked them to do. They need to feel that you are always there for your business and for them, that you are passionate about this business, so it will be easier for them to imitate you.
When we say in this business to never give up, it is over time that includes all the content of the expression. It also means learning to love your business and when we love we can not live without and puts his whole heart, his whole energy, all possible strategies to succeed in a safe way.

The best way is thru communication. Always have a plan to lead them in the right direction. You can't make them to take action, but if they feel that you have their genuine interest and are sincererly concerned about their success, they will come to you for support and leadership.

I wanted to reduce the amount of 0 Versapoint affiliates and quick start affiliates who might last the 1st month after joining, so I came up with a strategy to get them moving in right direction. Once they get active, I always send them a welcome letter. The next concern is what you say and how you say it..so I will share with you what I say.

Example....

Thanks for joining our Active Team We are really proud of you.

We noticed that you have started working your Versapoint Ledger. This is the key to being successful in SFI. Continue to log in your SFI homepage everyday and work on scoring as many points as you can. If you have any questions or concerns...just let me know and I will also try to help you. We would also suggest that you make EA Status by achieving 1500 Versapoints. This would be the most important step to take if you want to seriously start growing your monthly residual check. Please keep it simple..have fun and stay focused.

We also have a plan to help you grow your Versapoints and qualify for EA every month!

Once they tie into the SFI system , the light bell usually comes on and they understand that it is about scoring as many points as they can and maintaining EA Status every month if they want to be successful. There is know short cut here.....just a simple fact.

hey the only thing that any can do is to tell the new affiliates what to do then it is all up to them if they want to make good money then they will do what you are telling them to do thanksgeroge

A good way to do that is to create a chart or system that monitors your affiliates earnings and give the top three earning ones prizes. For example you could give them gift cards or memberships or something like that, just a reward that will help influence people and that will let them create a goal to be a top earning affiliate. Be sure you are interacting regularly with your affiliates.

Offer your help either via email or on the phone.

Keep them up to date on the contests, penney auctions, etc.

Keep your emails short; people just do not read long emails.

Become their friend, and over time if they truley want to be financially free, they will see that you are a great team leader and SFI is the answer.

Second, it is vital that you set an example for them. Do the daily tasks yourself without fail and talk about doing them in any and all communication you have with your PSAa and CSAs.

Third, encourage them to clarify their purpose and their goal for wanting to build their SFI business and to use that purpose as daily motivation to be faithful to their daily SFI tasks.

First of all, be sure to send a welcome message to all new affiliates. Then be sure to keep in touch with all your downline using the mailers provided by SFI. Second, perform all the activities you would have your affiliates do; they need to learn by example. Keep in touch with them and offer your help and answer questions you receive as soon as possible. Third, be sure to offer affiliates incentives like co-op shares or gift certificates or TCredits or reassignments. Show them how important it is for them to gain VP and MRP and TCredits to get more VP and why the more VP equals higher commissions. Always make sure that your affiliates know that they don't have to know everything or learn everything in one day. They should go at their own pace; but they should keep moving and log in every day and do these tasks.

The Best way is to do what you have to do for your self first.

SFI is already designed to make the follow ups and reminders to your PSAs and CSAs.

You may of course give your own advice and share our experience, but do not do this everyday. Do it at least once a weak as what your to do list is telling you.

Pursuing them to be active everyday might turn to driving them away instead.

The best way is to follow what the leaders did, do not reinvent ^_^.

Whenever you sign up affiliates, as a sponsor you are supposed to help them grow through monitoring their actions from your Genealogy by seeing who is active and who is not. Encourage those who are not active, try to explain to them the SFI Basics. Teach all of them, cheer them and you can give them gift cards. This will boost their morale, and soon they will be scoring VersaPoints for a multiple of actions.

If we were to withhold such information from those you sponsor who want to immediately begin taking action, making sales, recruiting, etc., that would be very bad for them, for us, and for you.
