For the movers, I send personal letters of encouragement and commendation regularly, and when they reach a milestone, I reward them with 10 TCredits for their great work. I use the VP
each of my team members generated to gauge the amount of work they put in and how serious is their commitment. This information is very important in knowing what to say to them when I communicate individually and collectively.
This knowledge also gives me the feeling of responsibility for lifting the morale of those who are struggling to get started, and those who have started but has stopped temporarily for whatever reason. Genealogy is a goldmine of information, a reflection of our leadership and what we can do to help one another to succeed.

This is an amazing tool. It tells you who is doing well in your downline and who is struggling or possibly losing interest. It can also tell you what kind of matching points to expect if you are a team leader. This is a great way to know who you need to give some personal attention to and who to give praise and reward for being a mover. Mailing both individually and collectively is important. sometimes that extra message showing you care can turn someone into a mover for you. This tool should be used lots throughout the month. I use VP information to note who is EA or higher and who is close to attaining the next level. I write to affiliates who are close to the next level and encourage them to gain those few more points and reach for that level. I encourage all of my team to log in each day and gain points. congratulating those who have reached milestones and become EA or Team Leaders is also very important.
The genealogy report can be used to communicate with all or each affiliate, to encourage them when someone reaches new level, or to encourage them to keep their activity to keep their status. With the report, you will know which affiliates needs encouragement, which affiliates you should communicate person to person.
1. The interest shown by our affiliates.
2. How regularly he logs in and checks his affiliate center.
3. Is he participating in daily, weekly, monthly tasks and claim his VP?
4. By checking his VP ledger we can know the kind of guidance required for him.
5. We can communicate individually or send a group mail to all our affiliates.
This is very powerful tool to know overall performances of our affiliates.
Genealogy helps in knowing the performance of your team members collectively and individually and helps in guiding and motivating them either as a group or individually. A good tool for knowing and working together.
I would say that looking at the Genealogy as well as the movers section can tell u who are the ones who are more active and login regularly vis a vis those who are not active and with that in mind you can better establish rapport and contact with them to motivate them to do more as a team or find out why they are not doing anything or much at all.
Always try to offer whatever support n remember that communicating and building a relationship and rapport with them is key to ones success
By tracking the VP of your affiliate you will know if your affiliates are visiting there home page everyday. If not you can always remind them to visit there page to earn VP,
You use this information to deasid witch of your downline to focus on and witch you reffer to someone elce. You can still get VP from these members even if you aren't dealing with them any more.
