After registration you can see, who will start and who is not. Most of them are registered either out of curiosity or in order to have quick and immediate earnings thousand dollars for one day. Or he have this idea that, in that he is registered, now gets to pocket a lot of money. People not want to work but they want money for nothing. About the PSA/CSA-Mails: send them all the time, because when there appears someone new, so you need to get visible support from me - to feel that he was in that not leave you alone. So summary: number of sent emails I did not count.

Yes, you should work with the workers. The essence of leveraged income plays its part there. As far as you are in business, you should never stop your follow-up messages. SFI has set the pace for you, by awarding you 30 versapoints a week for sending these messages. This is motivation, but you shouldn't stop here. Do more than that. Send the messages through SFI, through private mail, through sms and if need be through making direct calls. Try also to change how you address the CSAs and PSAs, language, incentives and last but not least whenever you get a new tip, use it to reach them. There should be no end in sending these messages. All the best.

First, let me clarify that when people does not cooperate in your organization, the reality is that they are giving up, not you. And you must continue with your pace. My advice is to be persistent regardless their goals.
Well for the totally inactive people; I just think they are the ones who are into "instant gratification"....and they get surprised to find out that they have to really be active in their store and recruit and make a little investment. That is what their problem is. But I would send out the mass emails or just pass them around to your other active team members, because they may change their minds later.
It is difficult to follow up when it seems futile but what I would recommend is to prepare a standard reminder note and just resend every week. To add a nice personal touch, it would be good to include a quote or encouraging words.
It is my policy to included everyone in the mailing. One never knows that you might spark a flicker of light in one of them, and cause them to get motivated and become active.
I joined and was not active, due to financial reasons and some personal issues with
my family. I could not devote the necessary time I thought was needed to succeed. I
am now active with a very limited set of resources, but I have found that I can do
it.
It may just take me a few steps longer, but I will reach it. Send a personalized memo, asking them if there is anything that you can do to assist them. Offer a reward if they become active, such as a gift certificate in a nominal amount of your choice.

Please don't give up on them. I am a real newbie and l have worked through the Launch Pad series and am madly reading any thing l can find. I am so confused and my head is about to explode. I still really have no idea what l am doing and how it all works, l have reached out for help but as yet have had no responses. I feel so guilty because l am apparently Co Sponsor to 4 others and OMG, how can l help them if l have no idea what I'm doing my self yet. I have tried to reach out and explain that to them as well. I am so frustrated and don't know what to do next. I have never done anything like this before but am determined to give it my best shot. I really want this to work the training and written info available is fantastic but when you don't understand what half of it means it's so frustrating.
So what I'm trying to say is PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP ON US NEWBIES, I'm sure I'm not the only one who's still trying to get their head around it all.
Cheers Robyn

Why not send one message a week? Do this for three weeks. Always ask if there is anything you can do to help them. Offer a motivating PDF if you have any. Leave a way for them to contact you.
You would be surprised how persistence and continual emails sometimes work. I am a perfect example of such. I didn't really start working with SFI until I received about 20 e-mails. It was because of that persistence that I found SFI. Sure, I regret not getting right to work because I missed out on the FastTrack. But knowing now what I didn't know then, I know that persistence is key.
